Rosie wrinkles her nose, "That's weird." I raise my brow, "Says the She-Wolf baker who burns her cookies," Rosie gasps playfully, then smacks my arm, "I'm a great baker! This was just stress baking!" "As for what you were asking, we do have a festival coming up. It's called the Moonlight Festa; I think it would be good for you to join. You can connect to your Werewolf side in a way you haven't before," Rosie smiles warmly. Her smile was cute; I couldn't say no, "Alright, I'll join. When is it?"

Reading my mind, Alpha King immediately helped me answer my questions. “You have only read more than half of the book, the records of this festival are written near the end of the book.” I guessed not wrong. It was true that Alpha King had already read this book. Alpha King was very busy, but he always made time for reading. "Have you read all the books in the library?" I asked you. "I've read them all, but there are some books I've read so long that I can't remember the contents." He replied.

Kennedy POV. The weather was bad, but I needed to get that new book, it's Robert birthday gift, who'd knew a grown up man would kill for the newest werewolf love book. I got into my car, drove carefully toward the local book store, they had the new book reserved for me. It was supposed to one quick drive, until I walked into the library. A girl was sitting on a bean bag, her blond hair was covering her eyes with overgrown bangs, she tried to huff them away from her face but to no use. She looked young, maybe she's just here with her parents, looking down at the book she had in her hands it was a kids story. Does she read for the local kids? Or is it just for her?

“What do you mean?” “You’re reading a book,” I scoffed. “What is it about?” She beamed. “Did you think that I never read?” “I’ve never seen you read anything,” I laughed. “Oh please, I do read and guess what? There’s an open book festival of ‘Sincerely, Yours Too’ tomorrow in Manhattan. I was thinking we should go. I’d like to meet the author.” She handed me a pamphlet about the open book festival. I looked at it and just thought that she wrote about things that only women found interesting and it wasn’t going to benefit me to be there. “I will arrange for a driver to take you there, I have a golf session with one of my clients.”

“Just Linda. You must be Arian, the president who managed to keep this dream afloat.” Heat rushed to my cheeks. “Yes, ma’am… I mean, Linda. We’re honored to have you here and we can't wait to hear you speak.” Behind her, Kael appeared, calm but watchful, and our eyes caught for a second. I wanted to be mad for the days he ghosted me, but there he was actually delivered the miracle he had promised. The festival was alive with activity. Panels discussed translation, and authors read their works, readers commented on their favourite scenes. A special area for kids was created with colorful bookmarks.

Pearl gasped. They were currently talking about the Betnerd festival which is held once every year, and I was currently missing. It was usually a sports and food festival celebrating the local sports and food in the kingdom. I'd been looking forward to it, and despite not going it seemed like I was barely missing a thing because Isa, Shane, Ryan and Pearl filled me in on every single detail I'd missed everyday. They even brought the food they'd gotten from the festival for me even though I could barely eat it.

She had transformed a small section of the festival grounds into a cozy nook, complete with a coffee stand and a selection of her choicest books. "Katie!" I called out, my voice ringing with excitement. She looked up, her face breaking into a wide grin. "Emma! Look at you, the queen of the festival!" I laughed, approaching her stall. "Oh, stop it. How's the bookshop-on-wheels doing?" "You wouldn't believe it," Katie replied, her eyes sparkling. "I've already sold a bunch of rare first editions. People are loving the coffee too. This festival is the best thing that's happened to Maple Falls in years!"

The whole thing is for charity, with all the money from the tickets going to Thorne Hill’s 4H group. We have three authors coming to read their favorite children’s book to the kids participating, and then Kristy has the cutest book-themed crafts planned after that.
