Mated to the Alpha twins

Mated to the Alpha twins

, I replied anxiously. “Come, let me show you around the pack house", he proposed while lending his hand out to me. I took his hand and he led me to the library. I was so shocked to see how magnificent the library was. The books were neatly arranged on the shelf with labels of the book sections on each shelf. This made it easier for me to locate the shelf with the books I had interest in. I went towards the mystical book shelf and took out a book. I was lost in the book and stepped back without noticing that Alpha Treyton was right behind me.

Luna of the Menae

Luna of the Menae

Over the pictures are the words ‘The Barded Goat Used & Collectible Books’. “A bookstore?” I look at Bronx reluctantly. “Trust me.” He opens a heavy wooden door and lets me step inside. “Tyree, shop’s closed until we come back out.” “Understood, Mister Mason.” Tyree stands in front of the door as it closes. Inside, they stacked the store floor to ceiling with shelves of books that look like they could cave in at any moment. The shelves are made of dark painted wood and someone haphazardly shoved most of the books in place. The shelves at the top are heavy with dust and cobwebs. I take another step inside to see more of the intriguing place. The air is still and smells like old parchment and

This story was “ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL”!! I love love loved it!! So well written & very descriptive!! The characters had such depth! My favourite characters were Bronx and Kas(Iokaste), of course!! They went through “SO” much, but made it through!!

Love this book and this author. She has found a way to write two books that seem like completely different stories but then happen to intertwine at an unexpected point. Ever chapter she posts leaves me wanting more. I can’t wait to continue reading this series!

The Crimson Curse

The Crimson Curse

The room looked ancient and inviting. There were spiral staircases on either side of the room encased in wooden railings. There were rows upon rows of bookshelves, at intervals, there were white marble benches. There were millions of books in the library but most of them were behind bars. It was as if an imaginary line was sketched. On the bottom shelf, the books were left open to read and on the above shelves, they were in bars. "Why are most of the books behind bars, they look like they are imprisoned," I exclaimed surprised at seeing books in bars for the first time.

His Book club

His Book club

Arian's pov The atmosphere was bubbling with excitement as the reading festival began in the grand hall. Bright decorations adorned the walls and pillars, infusing the space with an air of excitement and creativity. Shelves behind the main hall overflowed with books of every genre: fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and more. The colors and titles of the novels seemed to dance on the shelves, inviting attendees to explore their stories. New generation authors and readers mingled, their faces lit up with enthusiasm as they discussed their favorite books and writers. I should have been floating with pride but my stomach was knotted, my palms damp with sweat.

Addicted to His Bitter Rival

Addicted to His Bitter Rival

They built the shelving together, Kael drilling and Lucian holding the level with the focused attention of someone for whom slightly off was not acceptable, and by the time the afternoon had gone the wall had three rows of shelves that were, objectively, perfect. The seven books went on the middle shelf. Still in order. Still by year. Kael looked at them there, in the new room, in the light that came in from the adjacent windows, and thought about what it meant that they'd moved from the hotel shelf to here, and didn't say anything about it. He didn't need to. ---

I explained. She gestured to take the book. "Go ahead!." I said to her, as she removed the old green dusty book from the shelf. At the same time, there was a slight shaking, in the room, and the book shelf, slid to side, revealing a false wall behind, that held a tiny key hole, and a keypad lock. "Whooaaa!." We both said together, as we casted glances at each other, I nodded to her, that we should try.

Beneath the Façade

No one asked. I couldn’t let that happen again. Not today, not tomorrow. I was too tired to fight. Too sick to risk it. So I nodded, not trusting my voice, and turned toward the shelf. The wooden thing stood tall in the corner of the room, filled with neat rows of books. Too neat, sometimes. He liked them arranged in a certain way, spines facing the same direction, colors matching, titles lined like soldiers. It wasn’t about books. It was about control.

Killing My Alpha Mate

Killing My Alpha Mate

To the left end of the room a small shelf locked with a padlock. I noticed a black book on his table. I wanted to see the contents of it so I pushed forward to get it. Ryan pulled me back and took the book. He pulled a five digit code before the padlock opened. He hurriedly threw the book on the shelf and locked it. _What’s on that shelf ? I would find out what’s in that shelf?_ “Why did you stop me from taking that book?” He hissed in sad way, sitting on the bed he said

The One who does Not Understand Isekai

On that account, Evy can relate to her shock. It was also the second-largest room in the house with the ballroom taking first. The height of each shelf was something to be astounded about as they almost reached the ceiling. Whereas the books stacked together all in meticulous fashion. "Are all these allowed to be borrowed?" As the woman began to look at the spines of books and touch them in fever.

Caged Between The Beta & Alpha

Caged Between The Beta & Alpha

Soon I had begun to take every book off the shelf, shaking the pages, just in case, it was in there. An hour passed and I was almost done with the entire bookshelf, but no sign of the damn card. Where the fuck was it? Another few books and I was on the last one, but that card was nowhere to be found. Did it maybe slip under? I placed another book down before looking at the shelf. It was large, made of solid oak. You could see that the bottom shelf was at least five inches off the ground but there was no panel I could take off. Slowly I tried to move the shelf, cursing when I realised it was bolted to the wall.

Well... I loved the previous books so much but this one wasn't as good as them. Still, Muse is an amazing author. I'm glad I came across My Alpha's Betrayal and got lost in your stories. Love your books!
