Your mother’s bargain is fulfilled tonight.” Sable hit the final switch on the detonator. “Timer locked! We’ve got ninety seconds! Move!” And move we fucking did. I went after Unit Prime while Sable and Jax picked the Forsaken to fight. Liora forced herself up, firing her last rounds into Prime’s back.

“This human knows too much about us!” Luke shouts and I hear a few people in the crowd agree. He digs the knife deeper and I gasp, grabbing Luke’s arm in an attempt to pull him away. “She threatens the Alpha bloodline as she has mated to our young Alpha. With these facts, I sentence her to death.”
