BLOOD AND MOONLIGHT

BLOOD AND MOONLIGHT

Then he dissipated into the darkness. I moved in the direction of the door and wrapped around the handle with my fingers. My hair was tangled and my skin was bitten by a sudden gust of wind that howled all around me. Slowly, the door creaked open. There had been a library behind it? No. Not precisely. No books were in place. Just tall, smashed mirrors, silent sentinels lining the walls. As quickly as I walked in the mirrors started to break. The glass melted, twisted, and took the shape of a monstrous figure, its eyes glowing with rage and its body forged from molten shards. It lifted an arm that resembled a blade and lunged.

Mated to my Ex's Lycan King Dad

Mated to my Ex's Lycan King Dad

Panic clawed at my throat. I stumbled back, looking around. Taking a shaky breath, I blinked, hoping it was just a trick of the light, that she would appear, but she didn't. The mirror remained empty. Suddenly, the mirror shattered, exploding outwards in a shower of glass shards. I flinched, instinctively raising my arms to shield myself from the flying debris. My vision blurred as a wave of dizziness washed over me. When I recovered my bearings, a gasp escaped my lips. Each of the mirrors started to explode into a shower of glass around me. My bed vanished, and I was left in an endless darkness again.

It's a good book but very short chapters. in all honesty, you can skip 5 chapters, and they will still talk about the same thing in the next chapter. I got bored in the beginning, but if you keep reading, it gets better.

I liked the book. However, I felt that things were wrapped up in a hurry. There was no explanation how set came back and no epilogue to finish up the last few strings of the kids and the castle. Love it overall just wished a few more things were explained.

Princess of the Pack, Finding Her Mate

Princess of the Pack, Finding Her Mate

We exchanged a glance, a silent agreement that we were ready to face whatever awaited us. As we advanced further into the chamber, the environment shifted, morphing into a labyrinth of mirrors. Each reflection held a distorted image of ourselves as if mocking our journey and challenging our perception of reality. "Stay focused," I reminded myself, my voice steady despite the disorienting surroundings. "These mirrors are illusions meant to deceive us. We must trust our instincts and look beyond the reflections."

Shattered Reflections

Shattered Reflections

Everything felt frozen in time, like a snapshot of a life that had never truly belonged to her. But something about being in the room brought a sense of clarity, a feeling that she was on the verge of discovering something important. Elara’s eyes drifted toward the bookshelf, a collection of novels and journals that had once been her only refuge from the cruelty of her fake sister and the indifference of her parents. She stepped closer, her fingers trailing over the spines of the books as she searched for something—anything—that might give her the answers she so desperately needed. She pulled a few books off the shelf, flipping through the pages absentmindedly, but found nothing of interest.

The Reflection of Betrayal

The Reflection of Betrayal

Unfortunately for them, karma had already begun its work. Since I had only paid the deposit for the five-star hotel’s engagement banquet hall, the remaining balance naturally had to be settled by the man left at the scene—Allen. With no money to pay, Mrs. Cooper desperately pulled off her necklace, claiming it was an emerald necklace that could be sold, only to be informed that it was just glass. She fainted once again from the shock. In the end, Mr. Cooper had to borrow money from relatives to pay off the hotel bill before they were allowed to leave.

My little fierce mate

My little fierce mate

I turned toward the mirror. It reflected the room as it was—firelight, books, rain—but something about it felt… wrong. The crack had deepened overnight, running jagged across the surface like lightning frozen in glass. I could see my own reflection split in two, bisected by that line. And behind me—barely visible—a flicker. Movement. I turned again. Nothing. But in the mirror, the movement didn’t stop. It shifted closer. Pale light. A silhouette I’d know anywhere.

The Heartless Alpha’s Beloved Luna

The Heartless Alpha’s Beloved Luna

It was old, the frame tarnished silver worked into a pattern of vines, the glass itself dark, like looking into a pool of standing water rather than a mirror. My reflection didn’t show up in it the way it should have. I turned it over in my hands, then carried it over to where Melissa was sleeping. “Melissa.” I touched her shoulder. “Wake up. I think I found something.” Her eyes opened, blinking blearily, and then sharpened the second they landed on the mirror in my hands. She sat up straighter.

Anyone who said they love the store after reading 500+ chapters is lying lmao. The story literally goes nowhere. Same issues between Gideon and Avery, just different people. No depth to the story whatsoever, it’s almost like it’s AI generated at this point

First book that I read and completed on this app. My coworker and I got soooo hooked. It’s all we were talking about in the office for 3 weeks until we finally finished lol. Now we don’t know what else to read. Nothing will compare. Great story!!!

THE REFLECTION GAME

THE REFLECTION GAME

The faint whispers from the forest still seemed to linger in Anna’s ears, making her shiver. “This is the library,” Ryan argued, pointing at the familiar rows of bookshelves. “Same dusty shelves, same creepy vibe.” “No,” Logan said firmly, stepping forward. He gestured to the mirrors embedded in the walls. Unlike before, their surfaces were cracked, and the reflections they cast were distorted and fragmented. “The library isn’t supposed to look like this.” Anna’s stomach churned as she noticed the cracks spreading across the mirrors, their spiderweb patterns glowing faintly. The scenes they reflected were fractured—a glimpse of the silver forest here, a shadowy hallway there, and flashes of

The Alpha’s Moonbreather

The Alpha’s Moonbreather

Her reflection stared back. Becky leaned closer, eyes narrowing. The woman in the mirror leaned closer too, lips parting. For a second—just a second—Becky thought she saw water bead along the reflection’s hairline. Thought she saw silver light flicker beneath the skin. She screamed. With a violent motion, she ripped the mirror from the wall. Glass shattered as it hit the floor, shards exploding outward. Becky stumbled back, chest heaving, staring at the broken pieces scattered at her feet. Each fragment reflected her face at a different angle—twisted, fractured, multiplied.
