Entering my chamber and shutting the door, I pressed my ear against it, waiting to hear his door open. After waiting for several minutes, I finally heard the sound of Damian's door opening. With excitement, I stepped away from my own door and cautiously opened it, peering outside through the narrow gap. To my dismay, I witnessed Becky wearing a mischievous smile as she emerged from Damian's chamber.
