Entering my chamber and shutting the door, I pressed my ear against it, waiting to hear his door open. After waiting for several minutes, I finally heard the sound of Damian's door opening. With excitement, I stepped away from my own door and cautiously opened it, peering outside through the narrow gap. To my dismay, I witnessed Becky wearing a mischievous smile as she emerged from Damian's chamber. She teasingly ran her hand over his bare chest, letting her fingers glide down to his waist before releasing him. An overwhelming surge of fury and jealousy coursed through me at the sight. I slammed the door shut and leaned against it, trying to catch my breath.
