I press my lips together. Sometimes I forget that she used to be a Bearer. Through out her youth, Grandma had to attend the Bearer Center, a place where Bearers are taught how to behave and all the rules they must follow which include not being able to eat sugar or unhealthy food, smoke, drink alcohol, and a bunch of other things.
