The library was a third illustrious and recognizable library in Wicklow for encompassing historical quixotic and idealistic fictions. They pushed the heavy doors open and entered into the reception area inhaling the smell of old books. "Hello, Ms Kate!" Louisa and Sheila greeted a middle-aged woman, sitting behind her desk reading a book. Ms Kate Long was a frumpy woman, and she was fanatical about books, and had always said; 'There's no-one like her who adored books like a possessive demon.' She was divorced without having children, and she thought of books as her family.

Mom supported me, not because she understood, but because she loved me and wanted me to be happy. I stood up and walked around the library, feeling a little restless. They had all of the classics, and some of them looked as though they were expensive copies. Other authors that I regularly read, such as James Patterson and Dean Koontz were on the shelves. They even had some of my female favorites, such as Lisa Jackson, Lisa Gardner and Heather Graham Pozzessere. Then I wondered down to another section where I found some more provocative books. They had a lot of erotica books. One huge volume stood out: The Kama Sutra.

“This tastes really great," I said with a mouth full of pizza slices. “I know right?" Kate smiled then her eyes went over to the book I was previously reading that was placed on the bed where I had kept it. Picking it up “The Hybrid's Daughter-Red Moon The Curse," she uttered the book title loud enough for me to hear before. “What's this?" She asked. “A book obviously," I replied, a bit sarcastic. “I know it's a book, what I would like to know is when did you start reading books like this? Wolves and all that?" Kate said looking at me suspiciously like I have committed a sin or something.

It was utterly breathtaking. After sitting and watching the view for a few moments, I decided to explore the books. My finger ran lazily along the moulded wooden shelves, reading the titles of the books to see if I recognized any. Many were antiques, some Italian and some English. There was a small section on cooking, a larger section on gardening and an even larger section on romance novels. I even found the karma sutra amongst what I can only classify as the ‘self help’ section, opening it and then quickly closing it in case Enzo or his mother entered the room.

Curiosity got the best of her so she took a little peek at his activity. What she saw melted her heart. Manticat was tucked in Aleister's bed and the demon himself lay beside the familiar with a book in his hand. He read the story to the little cat monster who listened with drowsy eyes meowing a comment once in a while.

Even finding it the right thing to be done. Ren was currently sleeping under a tree with half a pitcher of lemonade to the side. Zia was drawing not to far away of the battle between the Western Empire and the 11th Army of the Empire. Felicity was reading a few medical books on old Alchemy with Elder Tani who was showing a little more into her pregnancy. A very happy Zero and Lan Su were reading on baby care as well. Jackson and Mo Lan just enjoyed each other's company looking at the sky.

With a jerk he had torn the covers off and was now staring at the small, blood-smeared figure who was no longer a danger to anyone.
