"Just don't be afraid of me. If it bothers you, don't look." With those words, he seemed to dissolve into a thick stack of black fog. His face peered from the center and took on a horrifying, almost demonic appearance, with glowing red eyes and elongated features made of the same fog. Emily opened her mouth in a silent scream, but the only sound that emerged was an almost inaudible squeak. "Don't look," he commanded, his voice sounding like a haunted howl of wind. "Hold on tight," he instructed as the group barreled through the line of werewolves and into the night.

An ear-piercing whimper sounded, as if a hundred ghosts were crying at night. In the surging black clouds, a horrible ghost face covered hundreds of miles. It had a blue-masked assassin with fangs and black eyes. It bit toward Caspian and swallowed up Caspian in an instant. All the ghost shadows around suddenly burst into cheers and roars. They gathered toward the ghost face in a mighty manner, like sharks that smelled the blood. They swarmed up and tried to tear Caspian into pieces. The face instantly expanded hundreds, thousands of times!

No answer. Carefully, she made her way across the uneven dirt floor, trying to shine the light into the shadows. There was no sign of him anywhere. She peered over into the far corner, thinking maybe she saw something there, or perhaps it was her own shadow. An eerie feeling came over her. Suddenly, she felt someone grab her from behind. A hand over her mouth kept her from shrieking, and she nearly dropped the lantern. “Shhh!” a whispery voice said in her ear. “Ghosts don’t eat apple pie, and they don’t drink brandy.”

Nick exclaimed. He immediately pointed his thermal camera on top of the railing and what he got was a sudden significant temperature drop. "I got a temperature drop right there." He added. They quickly came to his side to see it with their own eyes. And, what they saw was definitely a crucial temperature drop. It is believed that ghosts/spirits use the energy in their surroundings to recharge themselves or for their manifestations. Sometimes, they'll absorb the thermal energy around themselves which usually results in a considerable drop in temperature. This often indicates that a certain unknown entity is present at that spot. Otherwise, what else can cause such an alteration in temperature

in the evening when Angela and her daughter returned, they found the whole family seated at the living room waiting for them. They looked at them eagerly, it was scary to them, strings of thoughts ran through their mind, where have we gone wrong? What have we done?
