She guides Audrey into her hug and offered the lemonade which she gratefully took. “Thanks.” She sighed after taking one long sip. “You get your own drink.” Kathie turned to Vren, her face falling flat. “I don’t like you right now.” A scream twirled their heads around, wincing at the sound of slapping body and a splash. “Not cool.” Chandra raked a hand over her hair, sprinkling waters from the laughing culprits. “You sounded like a little girl.” Christian cooed mockingly.

It was some minutes past 6pm. Caitlyn Hugh was dragging her tired feet back home after a long day at work. As she walked along the lonely road, she looked back at intervals, hoping for a cab to appear. Although she was very much aware that cabs do not ply that road, Caitlyn prayed for a miracle. Delcan felt his heart skip a beat. He had never seen her look at him like that before. "I didn't mean to wake you," he said, his voice low and gentle. Chantelle sat up and took his hand in hers. "You didn't," she said. "I was just resting my eyes." She looked down at the outfit she was wearing and blushed. "What do you think?"

When Adrian said he told the designer to make me stand out in my gown I thought he was joking. Well, he was not. I could not believe that I was actually wearing a dress like that. It was a huge purple dress; the designer informed me that the shade's name was Sangria. I was even oblivious to the name of the shade. I was simply in love with my gown, I have never dreamt of wearing something this beautiful. Small flowers of a lighter purple shade were embroidered in the gown, giving it more beauty.

Biting my lip in concentration. "I think I'm done," I say, his face is outstanding better already. Patching itself together as though nothing happened. He doesn't move, "you're beautiful." I flush. Looking down and picking at my cracked nails. "Stop." Chris merely smiles, "You are Andrea. And I'm going to remind you every chance I get." I fumble to words, to any response. I've never considered myself beautiful. My almost platinum blonde hair was weirdly natural and my blue eyes where so light they sometimes seemed to reflect clouds. But beautiful? No.
