I think we can lean into that with a few extra pieces of more formal clothing, maybe not dresses, but it depends what we find that you’re comfortable in.” Eliza nods,

When the lights flickered on, I was rendered speechless. The closet was spacious. One side was neatly hung with his sharply tailored suits and casual wear in cool, austere tones, exuding a crisp, clean scent. The other side...held an entire rack of brand new women's clothing. Styles ranged from comfortable loungewear to slightly more refined dresses. The colors were mostly soft creams, light greys, and dusty blues, the fabrics looking incredibly soft and gentle against the skin. They weren't just tossed in there; they were hung and organized with the same meticulous care as his own clothes, perfectly ordered, as if they had been waiting here for a long time.

We were apparently using different dictionaries. I opened the closet for the first time, and almost choked on my tongue. There wasn’t a black or navy blue suit in sight. The closet was filled with clothes that I was certain bore designer labels, and every last one of them was as far removed from my general uniform as possible.
