Stalked By The Mafia Boss

Stalked By The Mafia Boss

They wheezed with laughter as they walked slowly out of the Cinema. The sounds of their laughter was loud, real loud. Cole stopped intermittently to clutch at his abdomen while in fits of laughter. "My favorite part was when that bubble gum sensation girl went over to jamie's house to yell at Chris and they ended up burning the Christmas decorations and he messed up the night with Jamie and had to apologise." Korina said in one breath, "And when he got there, the old man of the house was like 'Have you come to destroy the rest of the house?" She said trying to imitate a manly voice which she successfully failed at causing she and Cole to erupt with more laughter.

Accidentally Yours

Accidentally Yours

We were too engrossed in one another until it was too late, and it was raining hot popcorn all over the place. I gasp and try desperately to cover the top, but the hot popcorn kept burning my arm. “Oh my God, don’t just stand there, grab that bowl and catch them!” I chuckle and hit Cole with a cloth when he laughs hysterically. We run around trying to catch some in the bowls in our hands. One hit Cole on the nose, and he drops his plastic bowl, which I then step into and go tumbling over, pulling Cole with me, who was trying to catch me before I hit the floor. Needless to say, we fell over in a heap of arms and legs. Cole lands on top of me, both of us laughing while it rains popcorn over us

My Billionaire Ex's Biggest Regret

My Billionaire Ex's Biggest Regret

Mike Freeway wasn't the only man in Coal City with a nose for fast money. Joe Collins—just as well recognized in the back room's smoky atmosphere as J. Cole—had a gift for smelling opportunity where other men smelled gunpowder. Tall, dark, and patient, Cole lived on very little. His greasy black hair clung to his skull, his pencil-line moustache curled into a snarl, and his chin, shadowed blue from the previous night's shaving, was rarely tobacco-stained.

Rough Mercy: A Collection of Dark Passions

Rough Mercy: A Collection of Dark Passions

He smoothed it down over the stubble of his cheek, sealing the pleas inside. The silence returned, thicker now. Zach’s eyes were wild above the silver gag, his nostrils flaring as he sucked in air. Cole studied him with a disgusted look on his face. The man who once invoked fear in him looked just like a harmless mouse, trussed and mute. He turned and opened the saloon’s back door. The dome light flashed on, illuminating the entire place. Cole reached in and pulled out a small black gym bag. He set it on the ground by the rear tyre before he unzipped it, exposing the contents. He set aside a bottle of lube and a towel before he found what he was looking for last: a pair of heavy work gloves.

He Slept With My Sister, When I Was Giving Birth

He Slept With My Sister, When I Was Giving Birth

The kind of smell that stuck in your nose for days. "Shit," Robin muttered. The barn stood against the tree line, old wood gone gray with weather. Light spilled from the open doors. Two men stood guard, rifles casual in their hands. They straightened when they saw Cole. We passed the chicken coops first. Empty. Then the sheep pen—handful of bodies piled in the corner, covered in lime but that wasn’t even not enough to hide the bloat. Goats next. Same story. Even a few cows, though those they'd dragged further out, probably because of the size.

Finally.. We had reached end of the story. I must say it had been an emotional roller coaster for me with the characters in the story, esp with Ava who had made me teared up multiple times with her innocence, resilience and bravery for her age. One of the best books I had read.. Great job Jenne!

he clipped out. ------------------------------------------ Authors Note Hmm... Cole, was that a confession? Is Cole admitting to being the traitor or is there something else going on?

Fantastic series, I can't wait to read book 3. The story is gripping, the characters are engaging, it's the type of story once you start you can't put it down. The author is extremely talented, you can tell she gives this her all. Thank you Kay Pearson, I can't wait to see what you do next :)

CLOWNY MISFORTUNES

CLOWNY MISFORTUNES

’’ Toby’s voice broke as he saw her head rolled to his feet with a horrified look on her face – he understood why she had that look on her face; it was something he was familiar with. ‘‘Did you say the ugly thing looked at your shirt and scream? Alonso had hope in the tone of his voice. ‘‘Yes,’’ Toby sounded defeated and crestfallen. Alonso studied the jersey and found something that made him smile like a crazy widow – it had a large number nine printed on it. ‘‘I know how we can defeat this thing!’’ Alonso started to walk round the cabin gathering strange things like firewood and random metals that he had seen in a storeroom in the cabin before.

This is an interesting book with intriguing characters and premise. The author does well to draw the audience in and make them part of the story. The narrator feels very genuine, and I began to feel for him. Very well done.

Mhenn this story is Lit?. It keeps the reader drawn to the main character. At the first chapter I was already glued to how chuka's mistakes caused misfortunes to others. This is definitely a story y'all should read.
