I glanced at Williams, who remained silent, as if in pain. "It's nothing, Dean. A friend of mine came to visit, and I was happy about it all." The four of us stand up when five extremely large men walk in. “I am Kaden, and this is my cousin Alek. These two here are Brent and Lance.” I say. “Hey, I am Curtis, and this is Venom,” Curtis says. “I am Quade, and this is Zion. I am assuming you know Chaos.” Quade states.

The usually empty corridors have stretchers lining them and patients are on them as interns and registrars are dealing with each one. “Dr Ramsey, Dr Ramsey.” I stop turning around as an intern runs towards me. He is new. “Yes, can I help you?” I ask as we walk towards my office so I can put my things away. “My name is Cody, and I have been assigned to you.” He is tall and muscular. Not as packed as Robert, but I can tell he is probably a heartbreaker. He has short cropped blonde hair and brown eyes. Definitely a shifter.

Jacob and Nathan took Cassie a side and gave her more refreshment. "Were you bit by anything?" Jacob asked her. "No not that I know of," Cassie told him. "Jacob started checking her legs and arms the he chucked around her neck. But he found nothing. "Your riding the rest of the way," Jacob said. "But I'm fine now," Cassie protested. "If Jacob says you're riding your riding. He is our field medic." Nathan said. "You mean like a doctor?" Cassie asked. "Yes he was training to be a doctor before he got turned. When we are not traveling he is always getting more training." Nathan said.
