Beep, beep, beep... Riley hit the snooze button on her phone. Five minutes later, the same annoying alarm sounded, and this time, she didn't ignore it. I folded piece of paper and tucked it into one of the side pockets in the tunic. I felt something in the pocket I put the paper in. I dipped my hand in further and felt something cool and hard. I covered my hand around one and brought it out to look at it. It was a coin. Some kind of silver coin with a strange marking on them. Kandare was spelt in block letters on the coin and I wondered if this was their own currency. My hand felt a lot more of the coins inside the pocket but I removed my hand, and focused on the task at hand.
