She has no idea I've been using it for something else entirely. Something that might save my life. I've been researching Tony Stark whenever Alex and Sarah leave the house. At first, I was terrified I'd find nothing, that Sarah was right about him being just a fantasy my damaged brain created. But he's real. Anthony Edward Stark, billionaire businessman, owner of Stark Industries. He exists. The photos online don't look exactly like the man from my dreams, but close enough to make my heart race. Same dark hair, same intelligent eyes, same confident smile. Either my subconscious picked up on his image somewhere, or the dreams were real somehow.

He looked back at me with a challenging look. "DC?" I asked him feigning ignorance and taking my time to think. He bought my act and had a victorious smile on. "Well, I won't hold it against you but I do believe that Marvel comics are way better than DC's" I winked for closure then grabbed my second treat. "Wow! I think I should pretend I didn't hear what you just said. Marvel? really?". He kept shaking his head as if he was trying to get my answer out of his mind. "I mean Batman, Superman..... these are THE superheroes !!"

“Even a goalie who throws the ball in the net ten times in a single match wouldn’t be dumb enough to come up with a name like that. You must think you’re Mr. Terrific or something.” Santiago chuckled as he slid the phone back into his pocket. “Mr. Terrific. That was actually funny. Okay, you got me. What would you suggest?” Lola shook her head repeatedly. “No, no, no. I’m not in any position to replace such an already awesome name. I’m not the Tony Stark wanna be here.” “Neither am I. Stark is such a ripoff. I’m Mr. Terrific, remember?” “You wish,” Lola scoffed as she swept her hair away from her face. “You’re just a washed-up bad boy living on daddy’s money.”

He opened the cabinet to grab a cup. Up in the cabinet above the sink was one of Tony's greatest stashes. Call him a fanatic, he cared not. He was a proud Marvel and D.C. fan. Over many years, Tony had saved all the Marvel or D.C. themed cups, bowls, and utensils and now had one of the largest collections out there. It nearly filled the cabinet, and Tony swore that when he got a bigger place one day, he'd built them a proper display cabinet. They were his pride and joy, and some of them were worth a lot since they were vintage. Every day, Tony had his coffee in a different superhero-themed insulated cup or mug.

Stallone said to Stark. Stallone was trying to accept and also degrade Stark's plan at the same time. Stark knew better by now and I could see he was trying to control himself around Stallone. Stark wasn't ready to go into argument against Stallone and waste precious time over again. "Your plan was amazing. I'm sure with this carefully thought out plan, we would win the battle." I said to Stark. I said that to try and calm Stark down and also cheer him up at the same time.

Some are new to me, while others are quite familiar. The familiar ones scare me. It reminds me of how I felt before and how it ended up being. Being Tony was quite exciting, we would go on adventures all the time. He was super tall and fit. But he has a bad temper. He'd expose me to bad things like drinking. He was a big chain smoker. If he can't smoke that day, he'd go all ballistic.

“Come back soon, okay?” “Okay,” she hung up then. “I’m going to town. Am I needed for anything?” I asked Mr Stark when he walked in. My eyes were glued to the tattoos littered all over his upper body. His left sleeve looked like a forest scenery of some sort. Right at the back, he had numbers, a date, with a tiny baby handprint. ' I'm starting to believe your entire existence is all for him. She snorted. 'You'll understand what my deal is once he marks you.' I ignore her and return my attention to Stark. He is no longer dressed in all black as he was this morning but in a white polo shirt. My gaze shifts from the veins that protrude from his folded huge arms down to the cargo trousers that dangle around his waist, and I swallow. I agree with Rex on this point. This man is really well-built, and I am convinced he goes to the gym every day.
