Confusing Questions Novels & Stories

I kept asking myself these questions, feeling confused and lost. "Maybe checking the mysterious box will provide something that can help you in this fight," my mind suggested.

Louis took the paper and raised his brow as soon as he got a look at it. The three questions contain the hardest analysis that is close to not being able to get the right answer. It was made to be answered by those who were already classified as C, and only the topnotcher could probably ace it. The given questions aren’t meant for students to answer them. “Do you even know how to answer this?” Louis asked. “Maybe? If I analyze the questions.” Louis then handed it to Helena so she could see it. Louis looked at her seriously while Helena was trying to process the questions. And even she seemed confused.

It was going to be really crazy if I could get it done that way. "Are you sure that there's nothing wrong with you right now? I feel like there's a problem but I just don't know what exactly. It's very confusing that I have to start guessing what the problem might be." I replied. "Everyone is talking about how I can help you but I keep asking them how yet they come up with nothing. It's crazy if you ask me." I replied and he stared at me intensely.

"Billy, what is wrong? What has got you so spooked?" "Spooked? Why would I be spooked?" "Is something wrong with Molly and the baby?" "Do you think I would be standing here if there was something wrong?" "What is wrong then?" "I don't understand, why would something be wrong?" This is like drawing water out of a rock. Can the man not just say what is wrong? I have to play twenty questions to get a decent answer from him. "Why are you looking so worried then?" "I am not worried."

I dropped the drink and made sure I didn't lose eye contact because I know that would scare her to say the truth. She was looking surprised at the question and kept making demonstration with her hands without saying anything. “Was that supposed to something?” I asked her, raising an eyebrow. “I…I…am just confused. I am just confused that you are asking this again.” She shrugged. “I hope you are not lying about this?” I asked. “I wouldn't lie about my friend.” She made it look like I was insane and didn't know what I was talking about. “Learn to answer questions correctly, woman.” I spat out.

Two lines. “…Yeah,” I murmur. Chloe’s breath catches. “Yeah… what?” I look up at her. “…That’s not a ‘maybe’ line, Chloe.” Her face goes blank. Like completely blank. “No,” she says immediately. “No, no, wait... maybe it’s one of those faint ones. You said those can be confusing. People argue about those all the time..." “It’s not faint,” I say gently. “It could be lighting!” she insists, voice rising slightly. “Bathroom lighting is weird...”

His so call explanatory words performs direct opposite of their duties and responsibilities. "She's a wolfs bane addict" "She's addicted to wolfsbane!" He airs another confusing bombshell.. I face palm myself. Here we go again. More confusion rather than understanding. Mom's expression twitches. Pretty obvious her understanding of his words are lost. We currently share same spot. We share confusion spot. His words are indirect and brain challenging. I bite nervously my lower lips. What does he even air?. How does he expect we believe and accept his current words?.

Why can't the man answer a question with a complete sentence? They wonder why women are crazy, but they have no idea that we get this way because of them. I'm confused and there's only two things you can do when you're this confused about a man — eat sugar and talk to your friends. Which is why the next stop on our agenda for the day is a visit to the bakery. I need my girls. "Where are we going?" Huxley asks when I don't take the normal route back to the apartment.
