Liam POV I sit in the coldness of the night and stare out onto the lake, watching the ripples cross the water. That's when I see the reflection of the moon in the sky. Our so-called powerful Moon Goddess hangs in the sky looking down on us. She is currently in crescent form and grinning down on us like a malicious Cheshire cat.

The moon hung low in the sky, casting its silvery light over the sprawling grounds of Lycan Keep. Kate stood at the edge of the forest, her heart pounding in her chest as she gazed out into the night.
