He went to greet his friends before he went back to find Corinne.

And behind it all, the suggestion of a fan, mid-spin. Franc stared at it like it might whisper back. “Feels unreal,” Yam said. Franc flipped through pages. Some with artwork. Others with Yam’s poetry. Their story—wired beginnings and all—now bound in matte finish. “I think this book breathes,” Franc said.

I chuckled back but what it meant was about how Coraline said he's cool. "Ah, haha! Yes, he's from the next town but he's on his way back now," I answered and pushed Mezakiel. "I didn't even introduce myself to her---hey!" He tried to stop me and he waved at Coraline with a smirk. "M-My name is Mezakiel Art Soren!" Coraline giggled and waved her hand at him. What's with that smile of hers? She's really entertained by Mezakiel just because he looked cool on her eyes.

Coraline pleaded, doing a spell to look like Selina again. Scarlet laughed. "I'm not falling for that shit again." Coraline choked as the chains got tighter and tighter around her neck while the darkness was like a cloud around her. She felt great fear, like she had never felt before. "And this is for Horatio and our pack." Coraline rose high in the air, raising above the tallest tree. Scarlet closed her eyes as tears slid down Coraline's face. She pulled at the chain, causing Coraline's body to dissolve into nothing.

“I am fine now. What are you doing here, anyway?” “I am here to submit my project to Mrs. Griffin.” “For the Marine house project? Damn, you completed it already?” “Yeah. Alright, so I'll get going now. See you later” Coral says and with a smile, she brushes past him. Coral does not expect to see Shane today, or nowhere on campus at all. He looks back and finds him staring at her. That makes her a bit uncomfortable. After submitting her work, Coral goes to the library to get herself a few books she requires. She smiles at Mrs. Patricia Nelson who is the librarian and has a little chat with her. “No holidays?”

She closed the door behind her slowly. The apartment was still. Not quiet — still. Air too heavy. The smell of something floral. Faint. Sweet. Wrong. Her eyes drifted to the bookshelf. The flower was back. No — flowers, plural. Five of them now. Each bloom a different color. Crimson. Violet. Cerulean. Pale gold. Ink black. All curling from different books, petals growing like they’d always belonged there. Sea Glass Psalms. The Edge of Dusk. Forgotten Bodies. Every book Aria had buried a piece of herself in — every one of them blooming with impossible color. A spectrum of memories. Of lovers.

She bent slightly from where she stood but didn’t force herself to squeeze under the desk with me. “Books,” I muttered, still inspecting them. I crawled out and placed the books on the desk. Standing up, I put my hands on my hips. Beside me, Corrine leaned in to examine the books as well. She reached out as if to touch one, but then hesitated. Instead, she looked at me and asked, “May I—?” I paused before answering, “Yes.” Only then did Corrine pick up one of the books—the largest of the three—and carefully open it. On the very first page, we saw elegant, looping handwriting, as though written with great care.
