Council's Academy Series Novels & Stories

The academy’s polished grandeur thinned into something older and less cared for. More dangerous, Theron thought, not because the Hollow Grounds held more serious threats, but because the academy looked away from them. As they crossed the final courtyard, the awareness inside him sharpened once more, closer now. Ruin lifted his head. Theron’s pace increased. He reached the residence doors first and pushed through without knocking. The entrance hall was empty, silver sconces, worn wood, quiet, too quiet.

The addition of black socks, a black tie, or a black ribbon is to complete the appearance of a graceful student. This academy is built by the World Council on the land of the Balzatine Kingdom. My wolf's growl became persistent, and it was because that heady combination of Alpha maleness I had perceived when walking through earlier was getting even more stronger as I followed the man a short distance to another room. The moment I walked in I paused and quickly assessed the men all sitting and waiting. They ranged from young to very old and they were all bloody Alphas. King Jade sat at the head with a stupid smirk on his face. This was the council. "Miss Cassie. Do have a sit" said an old Alpha. I walked towards the table where they all sat and slowly took a seat opposite King Jade. I held his gaze the entire time. "As you have been told, this is the council at the Academy here. And

"Alex, aren't you going to talk about Alpha Edward Adler?" asked Dave, who was in the same grade as me in high school. Jake's body tensed angrily beside me. It's our tradition when holding official meetings that all Pack members are supposed to call me Alpha, but I don't really care for trivial details like that so I gave Jake a brief pat on the shoulder to get him to restrain himself and then looked at Dave.

Oh, do you know we are going to know who gets shortlisted today in the battle of the strongest? I can't wait to find out who the alpha of the academy will be!" Well, I wasn't looking forward to it. I had had enough activity to last me for a lifetime. From the championship to getting chased around and almost killed.
