The bomb's entire display went dark in an instant. Time seemed to freeze. One second. Two seconds… The countdown stopped. The numbers froze at 05:07. "No!" Jasmine's voice exploded from the speaker, hysterical and shredded. "That's impossible! How dare you! How dare you do this!" The pride and calculation in her voice were completely shattered. All that remained was raw madness and an unwillingness to accept defeat. I lifted my head and looked toward the pitch-black window of the building across the plaza.

It was mean and hurtful, and he bit my lip so hard it bled. I could taste the blood in my mouth and felt so hopeless I closed my eyes, letting the tears fall. In my head, I begged, 'System, how much longer? I can't take this anymore.' [Countdown: 20 days.] [Please hold on. It's always darkest before dawn.] Dawn? It felt like my world did not have dawns anymore.

"Have a seat." She complied, and he booted his computer. He'd give his mom credit. She'd sent four pictures of him and Peyton already, one being the shot she had in her living room. He logged into the account for Fallen Veterans and scanned through the pictures from a week ago, finding a photo of them dancing. Then, he went into the corporate system's mainframe. "It's done." Joseph strode in and parked himself in a chair across the desk. "What's the plan?"

I could see the countdown above a person’s head when they had already decided to leave their partner. The day my father’s countdown hit zero, he slapped a lawyer’s letter on the breakfast table and walked out on my mother and me. The day my best friend’s countdown hit zero, she finally threw her parasite of a boyfriend out of her apartment and changed the locks before sunset. That was why I’d always been terrified of seeing a countdown above my fiancé, Lucian Bellandi. Luckily, for seven years by his side, the space above his head had stayed clean. Lucian was the y

Rachel reached Jason's side just in time to hear a few women trying to crowd around him, each hoping to strike up a conversation. "Mr. Denzel, could we exchange numbers? My family has a plot of land going up for auction in a few days. Maybe you'd be interested in taking a look?" "Mr. Denzel, we're launching a new project tomorrow. Would you be able to attend? You might find something that fits your company's needs." "Mr. Denzel, our firm is working on new energy and drone tech. We've already prepared a proposal. Would you consider reviewing it?"

“Let’s start simple. I’m going to count down from thirty. When I reach one, you cum. Understand?” I nod weakly. “Say it.” “I... I understand.” “Good.” He keeps fucking me, keeps rubbing my clit, his pace deliberate and controlled. “Thirty. Twenty-nine. Twenty-eight...” I focus on the sensation. His cock filling me. His fingers circling my clit. The weight of his body on my back. “Twenty. Nineteen. Eighteen...” I’m climbing. Faster than yesterday. My body learning to respond to his commands, to associate the countdown with coming pleasure.

I went to my corner, knelt down and said a prayer of gratitude for mothers successful surgery and everything He has been doing in my life. After the Prayer it was already past 6 so I went to the dispenser and took a class of water to break the fasting.

I shouted before raising both of my hands but immediately putting it back 'down there' cause it's still in a proud salute. I looked at Maze to asked for his help but he just gave me a smug look before poking Top on his shoulder. "Don't think too much. I would never ever do him." He simply said before looking at me again. "You should take a bath now. We're leaving in an hour." He firmly said causing me to look at the alarm clock and saw that it's already 7:46 am. We only have less than an hour and a half left before the opening of the U Week.
