They set it carefully on the pedestal and the soft glow of the runes cast a soft light beneath the box, giving it some sort of ethereal glow. She stepped forward and opened the box, revealing a long, black, rectangular structure. Silver lines ran across it like small veins, whichching the lights from the chandeliers and looking like something from another world. It was weird to see something with silver in werewolf territory, as it was a poison worse than wolfsbane, so I'm guessing this is a weapon or something. "This is the Monolith of Extinction." She announced, standing next to the box that was glowing faintly.

I reach forward and turn the box towards me in order to see exactly what has him so shook. At first I do not recognize what it is. The inside of the box is all stained by the blood that is coming out of the pink shaped organ laying inside of it. I slowly realize exactly what it is and the wheels in my brain piece together everything. There is a note taped on the top lid of the inside of the box. It is stained with blood as well but I reach for it and open it. It reads Here lies the tongue of the snitch. I pass the note to Scot as he reads it.
