I could hear someone chuckling but it wasn't Rowan, it was Lucas, Rowan's brother. ‘’I’m Lucas’’ he brought his hand forward for me to shake. ‘’Leah, nice to meet you but I’m in a hurry.’’ ‘’Sure, pleasure’s all mine’’ ‘’What the fuck is going on here?’’, and here comes the wolf who was hiding in the lamb’s clothes, glaring at where my hand was still in his brother’s. ‘’Does it look like we are fucking each other? It's a handshake’’, I replied, with sarcasm of course.

Their black armor, etched with silver runes, shimmered beneath the lantern light. My heart thrummed with power as I stepped forward, cloak swirling like a ripple of night. The scent of my minions, this legion of darkness washed over me in waves: leather, steel, earth. I felt the familiar surge of magic coursing through my veins, the heady rush that came with absolute control. Tonight, we would unleash the first wave of my dark creatures upon the Crimson Moon pack. I closed my eyes and inhaled deeply, savouring the moment before the storm.

No more favors owed. No more looking over your shoulders for my shadows. You walk clean. Forever.” I didn’t respond right away. He leaned forward. “Think about it. Your sister, Reina, her treatments cost money. Real money. The kind that doesn’t run out when insurance caps. Help me, and I will fund it all. No strings.”

I say a little impatiently, she nods and approaches the laptop, Scott turns it to give her access and can carry out the transaction once she does it, she turns to me and comment “So they made it... D and you made it in...” I frown upon hearing that name, that's what they used to call Dark before joining the organization, why? Because wherever he went he always left a trail of death in his wake… D, for Death. “That's right... and you are?...” she asked, since she finally caught my attention, she smiles and comments wistfully “ready ...” Scott interrupts us verifying the transaction “I doubt very much that you remember me, but let's say that I am one of the many survivors that they ran into on

I have also learned how they refer to each other. A person named Night is a twilight lyceum; this means protectors of the twilight and carries the virus to create other lyceums. Chanco means protectors of the night. The twilight is what they call the shadow realm. The shadow realm is the term given to the plane between day and night; it is a world within itself. The only way I can explain it is a dimension just outside of our reality.

I cut in. “What do you mean?” Delsanra asks. “The key lies within the darkness. What if that is literally the answer? Judah got in. He is a fucking evil bastard. Maybe it’s those who have darkness within them who can open this shit?” I say, each passing moment feeling like years. I need to get to them. “Darkness…” Delsanra says and nods. “My demon side… maybe it will work!” The entire place rumbles again, and I faintly hear an explosion in the distance.

Crestfallen, he gave up for the time being. Sienna knew that James had spread out his Divine Sense, and said, “The Dark World is mystifying. From what I know, it’s existed for a long time and predates the First Universe. Throughout this time, the Dark World has seen the rise of countless powerhouses and many unknown regions. Your Divine Senses can’t completely encapsulate every region at your current level.”
