She stood next to it and attempted to grab for the nearest gun. Julia drew open the bottom drawer of the chest. The metal screeched, reminding her of Freddy Krueger in those Nightmare on Elm Street movies and the way his horrible, child-murdering finger-knives scraped against pipes. She’d seen the film with friends and been unable to sleep. Her mother was angry with her for watching such nonsense. “It was fun though,” she told her. After all, it was fun to be scared, even if it gave her nightmares because when the nightmare was over she went on with her life, normality returned and she was safe. Standing there in the dank shed, however, Julia wondered if she would ever see her mother again,

I took the girls to my lab area, checked the younger girl's wound, and then cleaned it. As I was putting a small dressing on Daena, Dayla came fearfully into the lab. “What happened?” the she-wolf asked fearfully. “I was taking a shower; they were both in the room, and I—” “They were downstairs, almost ready to go, but Daena fell,” I said and looked at Dayma. “Can you explain to your mother what's going on?” Dayma ducked her head in fear. “We smelled a vampire,” the girl whispered, and I tensed. "For a moment we thought it was Daddy and went down to see him, but his scent was different. Daena says it's a ghost."

Jack got up and opened the door only to be caught off guard by the weight of Deena who fell on him. "What the hell?",he said. Deena was battered, like she just had a fight with the devil. Her hair was disheveled and her body was soaked with blood. There were no wounds on her body which only meant her wounds were already healed. She had a wild look in her eyes as she scanned the people in the room. Leo stood up and walked forward, alert to his surroundings. "What happened to you Deena?",he asked urgently. "Why do you look so terrified?".

She thought it was Meazus, but only two women came in to get their plates. “Why am I so nervous like this?” asked Deanna holding her chest. “Is it because Meazus and I are going to do 'that' thing? I've never done it with any guy and it's going to be my first time. I'm really nervous.” Deanna ended up staying in her room until the evening. Even at dinner time, she wanted someone to take her to her room because she had a lot of work to do. Deanna stayed up until three in the morning then finally fell asleep on the table with the macbook screen still on.

Suddenly they started hearing some zombies growling and moving towards them, the zombies come out from the side of the street that leads to the bush. The woman daughter screamed immediately she saw the zombies.

Sharp teeth and a taste for blood. Look out for me under your bed. And if I’m not there . . . check under your mother’s!” He leered and cackled, and I felt the skin on the back of my neck crawl then melt in a wave of cold sweat. I watched the rest of the tapes like that, fast forwarding through the movies to see the parts he had filmed. In thirteen episodes, I spotted six girls that were in the files and two that weren’t. The last tape didn’t have a movie listed, only a date.

She didn’t understand Julia…she said she wanted revenge too, but if so, why was she so hesitant to take it? She got that she treasured the children’s life, they were like her own, but for her best friend and for Denae…was she really not going to take the risk? Was she really that scared? Denae was scared too, but her fear would not stop her from reaching out for help…even if it kills her. That’s why she decided that despite Julia’s words of restriction, she’d still leave this house tonight. Shoving the front door open, she walked through it and straight to the fields not too far from there. It was true, the kids were there, playing soccer with a ball that was caved in dust on the field.
