Gratefully. "Did you work on anything?" asks Dane. "As in art homework?" I ask back. "Yeah." "I did the ten sketches, if that's what you're talking about," I say as I pull out my book. Opening it up to the page, I show him. "I like that one," says Dane as he points at one that I made of Rupert at his house. Rupert sits on the porch, and look out at the huge grassy yard. He sits resolutely and above is the sky and clouds drawn in wavy pencil lines.

I found my sketchbook. I flipped the pages one by one, the texture of the paper scraping against my fingers. The sketches of Derek's naked body were on every single one of it. Seeing them all laid out like this made me feel physically sick to my stomach. I couldn't believe I spent my whole time making naked sketches of my bully, who was now my stepbrother. I give it to my skills though, it's so identical... the shading, the lines of his muscles, everything was too accurate. No wonder he knew right when he saw it that it was him.

Tabitha’s POV We take turns sketching across the stone wall, passing the marker back and forth. We layer over each other’s drawings like we’re trying to outdo the last. In the sketch it had a Shewolf and a Man holding hands, hugging and kissing in a small cabin that was hidden away in a forest. Lisa wrote at the upper right of the sketch '1795' And I think the story happened in that year.

‘…are a part of our soul? Shaking my head, I flipped to another page and started sketching again. I sketched the forest but not where I was sitting. The one from my dream. The giant rock that was in the clearing further away, the different trees they had and how spaced they were. The ground being covered in a light mossy grass. I worked on the sketch for a while, getting the details right without adding the two little wolves and the one inflicting the pain. ‘Hey, Ethan. It’s been a couple hours and your mom and dad are here.’
