The scent of the demon was stronger now, a sharp, acrid odor that filled the air. The demon stood in the center of the hut, unmoving, like a grotesque statue. Claud approached it slowly, every sense on high alert. He reached out, his fingers brushing against the demon’s cold, unyielding flesh. For a moment, it remained lifeless, and then suddenly, a voice echoed through the air, commanding it to attack.

he said, adding more to her headache. "What do you mean by 'what type'?" she asked, her voice rigid and stable this time. "There are five types of demons, Esteria," he said, calling her name for the first time. "Fi...ve," she stammered. "Yes, there are fire demons, water demons, earth demons, air demons, and thunder demons. Each demon clan has its own god, and yes, I am the Demon God of Thunder," he said with a hint of a smile on his lips.

Asher watched the memory unfold as if it were happening right before his eyes. He narrowed his eyes, focused on the dark figure with the massive wings. "Who the hell is this?" he asked Damir internally. "That's Morgana, a high-ranking demon from the Abyss," Damir replied. A beat of silence. "This Abyss," Asher said, his tone shifting. "Where exactly is it?"

I argue, trying my best not to give up. Ever so slowly, he lifts his head. His eyes are black and soulless. His skin color washes away as a shadow emerges from his chest and slowly separates from his body. Covering my mouth, I try my best not to scream as the demonic creature shifts its head and looks at me. There are no eyes, just empty black holes. The Demon has three fingers each and smelled of burned ash. The more I stare at it, the more I recognize what it is. "Katrina!" The voice yells out.

Delta Tristan and Omega Ylana arrived bringing news. "We talked with the maids and heard of the situation and we caught a demonic scent. Unfortunately, we failed to catch the demon's spy. It's a one-eyed creature with two wings." Eris clenched his fists what were the sentinels doing? A demon's pet entered their territorial barrier and they failed to catch it.

Her ocean-blue eyes have depths of innocence in them, and it seemed as though an inevitable gravity was dragging me in to explore those vast sets of orbs. I was so distracted by how the doll's elegance had held me chained up that I did not even notice the entrance to the villa slamming completely shut until I realized it. I stumbled through it, but I was completely blown shocked when I started hearing a melodic line being hummed ominously from behind my back, causing my head to instinctively flip toward its direction. My mouth dropped open, and my eyes widened in sheer terror, and my body started to shrivel up in fear and panic, as my heart pummeled vociferously. I was screaming with tears i

I don’t know what I’m expecting, but what I see on the header is beyond my basic reason. “Soul contract,” I read aloud questioningly. “What does that mean?” He doesn’t respond so I keep reading. The official contract between the human soul giver and the demon, Logan. This agreement shall be signed or stamped on the basis that the soul giver understands and confirms the following terms: Party A: I declare myself of sound physical and mental health, and in the perfect state of mind to comprehend the understated requirements and conditions. I am not under any form of duress or coercion to pay heed to this agreement.

Rowan growled at me as soon as I intentionally called them demon wolves. I acted like I mistook them for those ugly-looking wolves in order to gather the information I needed. In recent times, their names only used to scare little kids.

"I kicked his ass," a gravelly voice sounded with a bit of humor. Sophia turned and screeched seeing a huge frightening-looking demon standing in the doorway. Sophia's single eye widened at the gray colored skinned, black horned creature with blood-red eyes and huge leathery wings.

"You sure she’s not too good for our son?" "Absolutely," she nodded. "But let’s not tell him that just yet." I snorted, unable to stop my smile. Because this— This was nothing like what I expected. And everything I didn’t know I had been missing. "Alright, alright," Travis cut in, throwing his hands up. "Enough with the team-up. Where’s the demon?" I frowned. "The demon?" "Oh, you’ll see," he muttered. And then— A massive black dog trotted into the room.
