The stone floor cracked open, and Alex emerged, flanked by his loyal followers who had been twisted and corrupted by the demon's influence. “Professor, last time you told us that the first being to use magic was the Demon Lord Abaddon and that he passed down his magic ability to those who worshipped him. But why is it that humans fought him despite them praising him” Lyon was astonished to hear someone ask about the Demon Lords existence, since it was a topic tackled once by the professors and never to be spoken again. Unless a student was courageous enough to ask about it. The professor was baffled over the question of his student, the others stared at him waiting for his response, their piercing glares of curiosity made Lyon cuckle weakly. It took a few more minutes of immense staring for the professor to speak up. Lyon, knowi

***HoGuo Temple*** Even from a distance, the entrance of HoGuo Temple was visible in all it’s glory. It was not grand in terms of luxury but more of splendour in terms of heritage it represents over the centuries. Legend has it that this temple was once a home to the gods which lived on Earth during their trials and the descendants of those gods would come to this temple to pay homage to their ancestors. This temple is also said to have artifacts locked away which used to belong to those very gods and goddesses of old. he tells us. It's history we should both know, and Oliver probably does. My mother taught me from home, and the history of the Demon's and Angel's is was not included in my education. "I wish the Angel's had been more thorough after they won, in killing all the Demon's before they fled to whatever sky Kingdom they come from," Oliver says, looking at me. I give him an affirming nod. Kastriv's gloved finger taps rhythmically on the arm of his chair. "The Angel's are perfectly moral, however they are unopposed to those who do not think like them. Demon's have always been benign creatures of nature."

The place was terrifying, the whole cave was painted in red human blood. "Can you tell me more about an demon?" Ryan asked. "A demon is an evil spirit. There are good demons and there are demons who do evil. We are controlled by our revered master, the devil, his chambers is the largest of all and he resides in another mountain entirely. We use diabolic powers gotten from the devil. We are evil gods. We live where humans don't reside, we live far away in the woods, deserts, near the graves, some of us are ghosts, spirits of the dead, especially those who died by violence or those that were not properly buried. We choose to serve the devil forever. We are legion, for we are many. Over there..

“Then where did the Demons came from?” “They were angels a long time ago. A disciple of God. They were perfect and holy but one angel wants to surpass the God. He wants to become powerful and replaced God that’s why God punished him and dragged him in hell. But this poor angel wants to create a group that’s why he convinced some angels to be with him. Now, they are being called Demon because they always caused trouble and sins and always want to put the human in danger,” But why is Dark Hades different? If he is bad and a demon why would he save me? Why?

“Where is it?” “Which Gods have already chosen angels?” I stay on the mat and ask. “A few. The God of Mischief, Rain, Fertility, Flora, Fauna and of course The God of Hell chose The Daemonium. Those are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head and the ones who are here.” He answers and we begin to pack away and clean up. “What do you mean the ones who are here?” I can’t help my confusion.

When asked the reason for his thought, he offered the fact that mages have been known to fight against demons and win. “Middling and lesser demons, perhaps,” Stratin opposed. “But high demons require more than one mage to take down.” Moss shrugged. “High demons aren’t a part of this discussion.” “Why not?” “Because a high demon is as equivalent as a second mage. Adding a high demon is like asking if it’s relevant to take another mage into battle.” “You insult mages,” Ariadne snorted. “A high demon isn’t equivalent to another mage. They don’t have the intelligence.”
