Novel & Cerita Demons Poem

Once again congratulations on becoming a demon. Ban: Ahhh. I totally forgot about that. Demons are long lasting creatures and not to mention the fact that I might really have to take- take over the Avere- -- ( Ehhh???... why am I feeling so dizzy all of a sudden??.. I can't keep my eyes open. My hearing is bad too. What is happening?) ''BAN? BAN? BANNNnnnnn.......''

Devaro POV My life is one filled with demons and darkness. A little boy once sat in his room waiting for his mother to notice him, he sat there in his tender age and innocent, seeing things pass his age. He got rid of his light but not his darkness that haunts him still he yearns. For both his light and darkness for they are his mothers who birth him. The funny thing about this poem is because it summarize a part of my soul every day it reminds me of what I've lost and gained. I now know how stupid it is waiting for them when at the end they will surely leave me again.

“You dare speak that name in our presence?!” The tallest one’s jaw clenched, its molten-red eyes glowing hotter, as it took a step forward. “Those parasitic hybrids of Cain? Those soft-skinned blood-drinkers who weep in moonlight? Do not insult us with such comparisons, mortal.” The second demon spat on the ground, the black slime sizzling against the floor, before continuing. “We are demons. Born of ash and flame, forged in the original night. They are shadows. We are the abyss. Even in Hell, we are feared.”

His breath hitched, and for a long moment, the night held them — two souls who had clawed their way through hell to find heaven in each other’s arms. And then he whispered, his voice low but sure: “Darkness. Demons. Damnation. That’s what I was made of once. which Tainted my Desires” “But I’ve learned something, Castelle… even tainted hearts can crave light. Even the damned can choose redemption.” Castelle’s eyes shimmered. “And the demons?” Kane smiled faintly, glancing down at their children sleeping soundly at her side. “The demons,” he said softly, “learned to bow to love.”

I had to move fast. I turned through the pages of the spell book with shaky hands until I finally settled on what I was searching for. “Thrakos, Demon of the Underworld, Lord of Hell,” I whispered, my fingers tracing the forbidden verse. “He who commands the forbidden flames of the devil's domain,” my voice grew louder, desperation etched in my eyes, "I call thee, Thrakos. I summon thee to the mortal realm. Kneel before–” The sound of thunder cracking cut me short before I could complete my words. The ground began to rumble and the circle I had engraved on the ground expanded outwards as dark smoke clouded the entire place.

Kat came to stand beside him, her hand upon his shoulder. As all the demons raised their heads Scribe suddenly bellowed out. “All hail Demon Lord Ruben, our master of the Ninth Circle” The demons all boomed out in their loudest voices. “Hail Demon Lord Ruben!” Three times before falling silent and expectant. Ruben glanced up at Kat. “What now? I really hope they aren’t expecting a speech.” “No…” She giggled behind her hand. “You can tell them to ah…fuck off, now.” Scribe said with a little amusement.

“You know it would be much easier if I simply told you what does exist, it’s a much smaller list.” “Really?” she says in surprise, “Okay, go for it.” “Let’s see,” I say as I scan the list, “Genies, those exist. They’re called visums. Um.” Fuck, I’m hating this list more and more. “In a manner of speaking, yes demons exist, they’re called eytes.” Great, another thing I’m fucking responsible for. It’s like she has managed to assemble the worst version of This is Your Life, and I’m not too thrilled about it.
