Bamby was so thrilled that he was jumping for joy. Mama Laura just smiled. Evidently, she knew who Mikael Alonso was. She just busied herself preparing their lunch – all of Clarissa’s favorites that included ‘chicken adobo,’ which was a type of Filipino chicken stew; ‘pancit,’ which was basically an egg noodle dish which shreds of pork and variety of vegetables; and ‘sinigang,’ which was a traditional sour soup.
