The sky didn't meet the earth; they both dissolved into a flickering Checkerboard Texture—the unrendered "Void" where the Architects had stopped writing the world’s code ten thousand years ago.

It'd last me quite a few days. With a wretched life like mine, I'd just do whatever I could. Night fell, and snowflakes drifted from the sky.
