This Time The Dream's On Me

This Time The Dream's On Me

That was what he was supposed to have done, why was I supposed to be the one doing it? After some couples of minutes we spent strolling around the beach, we both ended up sitting at a spot that was near the sea. It was so easy to watch how the sea flaps its arms against itself right in the distance. “You know, a day after you left I had a dream.” Jason said, and I was surprised. I didn’t know anything about it. “Really?” “Yes. I saw both of us sitting by the beach exactly this way. You had your head resting on my shoulder while I kept on fondling with your hands. It was a sweet dream I wished I wouldn’t wake up from that day. It was what inspired this trip.”

Beyond the Divorce

Beyond the Divorce

No wonder Adrian warned me not to drag my feet over the divorce. Matthew's unexpected move disrupted all my plans. I thought I could finalize the divorce and head to Solaris to discuss the project with Fred. However, that was no longer an option. I feared something would happen if I went away.

It was a good book. A lot of the mixup/changes in names/locations was very annoying. Wish we would have gotten a little more out of the ending of one of the main villains. Chapters also needed to be longer; a lot of money spent on this book for 5-6 pages per chapter.

I loved this book. I liked all the characters and their interactions. Loved Atlas & Chloe together. Parts of the book are very suspenseful and made it hard to put down. Liked that she was a mom and a business owner. She was strong and intelligent. Hated that the book was over. Highly recommend.

Thanks for the Divorce, Ex

Thanks for the Divorce, Ex

Now, you won't have to lie awake at 3:00 am staring at the ceiling, stressing over rent anymore, and you'll never have to drink until you throw up just to suck up to clients anymore! I had thought tonight would be one of the best nights of our lives. Yet, what awaited me was a divorce agreement that needed my signature. Suppressing the tremor in my lips, I inquired, "Where's the pen?" He tilted his chin toward the undercarriage of the coffee table.

Divorced on Our Wedding Night

Divorced on Our Wedding Night

Cassian sighed, as though irritated by my silence, and opened the folder himself, sliding its contents toward me. White pages. Black text. Bold letters at the top burned into my vision. DIVORCE AGREEMENT My breath left my lungs. I stared at the words, unable to process them, like a language I suddenly didn’t understand. “…What is this?” I whispered. “A formality,” Cassian said. “You’ll sign it tonight.” The room tilted. “Tonight?” My voice cracked. “We we just got married.” “Yes,” he agreed. “And now it’s over.”

The Man Who Taught Me Sin

The Man Who Taught Me Sin

"Let's get a divorce." I watched the expression on Shawn's face change. His eyes widened immediately. The anger disappeared for one brief moment. Divorce is the last thing he ever thought I would bring up. “What did you say?” I let out a breath. “ I said let's end this marriage” "Dream on." He said with glare then turned around and walked away.

Pursuing Ex-Wife's Heart Again

Pursuing Ex-Wife's Heart Again

My eyes fell on the divorce paper which had fallen off me when I drifted off to sleep. What does my dream mean? I thought staring at the divorce papers. I believed in God and I believe dreams come from him. Was it God's way of telling me not to sign the divorce papers? I thought. Was there something I need to know? I thought. I decided to keep the divorce papers and not sign them until I saw Alexander. I want him to tell me in my face everything he said to me in the letter. For the first time in my entire life, I felt lonely. I placed my hand on my belly. I have Alexander's child growing inside me and he is not here. He doesn't even know about his child.

She only snapped back to realization after a few seconds. She grabbed his hand and cried in desperation, "Divorce? No, we still have a child! You can't abandon us!"

The Divorce: Happy Birthday to Me

The Divorce: Happy Birthday to Me

I never realized Beatrice had such a powerful grip. "I tore up the divorce papers. I'm not agreeing to this," Keira said. "I've already filed them with the court," I retorted. "You signed, so whether you agree or not doesn't change that. The agreement is just a copy for each spouse." Keira curled the left corner of her mouth into a sneer. "Liam, you can't just walk away like this. What about the ten years between us? "Are you going to throw it all away? Who's going to manage the company and the project? That was our dream."

After the Divorce

After the Divorce

"I think I had mixed up my dreams, I knew the life I had wanted, but I had mixed up the path, so this is me trying to get back on track." Silence stretched between us, not awkward, just the kind that lets you sit on your words and think through it. Her thumb didn't stop circling the back of my palm, her head slowly raised, her eyes meeting mine. "Would you say the same thing about your marriage?" she asked. "What do you mean?" I asked, pretending like I didn't already know what she was talking about. "Don't act like you don't see it Marcus, my mom she…" "What we have isn't regular, but we understand ourselves, we know…"
