It was then I saw Blue, my dog, on the floor. He was the one that had been whimpering. I heard him whine as if he was in agony. “Blue?” I called out. He didn’t look up. “Are you ok?” I asked him. When I didn’t get any response, I quickly put him in my hands. He needed medical attention now. === “This was a bad idea, Audrey,” Bane commented. After I had noticed Blue wasn’t feeling well, I had gone to pester him to take me to the nearest Vet’s place. He had complained a lot but decided to drive me there himself.

They are unusually alert and their senses sharp as they prowl through the valley. But the unusual one is a blue wolf who is leading them. The blue wolf is a class apart from the rest. His fur is a pretty coral blue which is almost glittering. A soft light is emitting from its fur. Even though the wolves do not need the light because of their enhanced vision, the blue wolf is glowing because of the magic it is performing. One of the wolves approaches the blue wolf and mind links with it. “Sir Timur,” it says. “We can sniff the sweet syrup scent. There has been an Undead here as well.”

She looks toward the door behind her, the dogs and cats cry. Being lead to the back she looks around at the dogs first, seeing all kinds of breeds she stops at a dog that laid down on his bed, looking at his chart she smiles, “bluetick bloodhound mix..interesting. Cmon boy, come.” Squatting she smiles, “I like you.” She says as he comes over, licking her fingers.

But another part feared holding her back, becoming an anchor when she sought the open sea. I thought about Tyler, Blue’s loyal companion. The dog’s easygoing nature and unwavering loyalty had endeared him to me. I loved how Tyler always seemed to understand the mood, offering comfort without words. In a way, Tyler was the coolest companion, embodying the freedom and authenticity that I admired in Blue. The bar’s door creaked open, letting in a gust of cool night air. I glanced up, half-hoping to see Blue’s silhouette. But it was just another patron, seeking refuge from the night.

We continued talking for a while until Mika came in. "Hey baby, how's our pups doing?" I glanced at Paige, who looked confused when he called them pups, but she didn't say anything. Mika had been referring to them as pups most of the time since I told him that's what my people called our young. He thought it was the cutest thing and that it fit with our rescue, which was named 'Blue's Wildlife Rescue Center' after a wolfdog that Mika had owned growing up.

To stop them from doing so, alI immediately find a way to speak and stop them. I took my hands off at his grip and then chuckled a little. "I'll go there alone. You should stay here…" He groaned and pulled me a little. "Aren't you going to defend me?" I chuckled lightly. "No." Ares' pouted his lips and then sneered. He went back to his chair as I strode towards the door. But before leaving entirely, I closed it a little but my head is still inside. "By the way, my dog's breed isn't Siberian husky, German Shepherd or a Golden Retriever. He's an American Pit Bull!"

“Alright, alright. You’re serious about this. I’ll ask around. Maybe Rhonda or Robbie has a contact. One of them’s bound to know someone who reads the weather.” Raven perked up. “You’d do that?” “Of course,” Cullen said, shrugging. Raven rolled his eyes. “Right. I’ll be sure to leave a cryptic voicemail reminder. You always forget.” Cullen chuckled. “Or better yet, just send him my way when you get the number. Tell them to find me at Blue Heavens. You know, my work address.” Cullen gave him a skeptical look. “Blue Heavens? That’s what you’re calling it now?”

Then it ran. Blue growled aloud as he ran after the small pup; she couldn't run for more than ten meters away from us. We were quicker than her. Blue pushed her body to the ground; she fell with a small yelp. Blue kept one of his paws on the pup's neck, one pressing on her body. 'Ask her to shift.' I growled and ordered Blue in my mind. I was kind of mad at the fact that she thought she could run away from me. It wasn't like a mere small wolf could beat me.

"Follow me." ​Blue's was a music store specializing mostly in records, but it did contain the odd items that I assumed attracted a younger crowd. I'd packed my record player and came into Blue's hoping to pick up a record or two to entertain me; I didn't expect to pick up an acquaintance of sorts. ​"You don't have to take the dog with you everywhere, Iris," he barks just after Sassy sneezes at the dust in the store, her small paws clattering as she followed after us. "She can fend for herself, she's a damn dog."
