Dragon Meets Phoenix Novels & Stories

Even though I had heard tales of the Dragon God my whole life, nothing could have prepared me for the sight of him. In my mind, he takes the form of a massive black dragon with shimmering scales and a striking orange mane. My mind's eye conjures up an image of the Dragon God's eyes, capable of transforming any living creature into a lifeless statue, and his breath, hot enough to reduce even the strongest of men to a pile of ashes. It's dawning on me now that what I once thought was real was nothing but an illusion. It's possible that he's an immortal being with abilities beyond my wildest dreams, capable of transforming into a dragon at will.

"She's a Witch!" The moment the gem slipped from my grasp, a sudden void consumed me, the magic dissipating with my relinquished hold. Stepping back from the booth, a profound stillness cloaked me as I observed the crowd converging. Panic etched itself onto the faces of men, women, and children alike. The murmurs of discontent swelled into an angry chorus, echoing through the air. In the distance, the clamor of approaching soldiers added urgency to the unfolding scene. A ripple of anxiety coursed through me as I trembled, gazing one final time at the old woman. "You glowed," she whispered. A mirror hung on a twisted post, and my reflection revealed tendrils of cerulean sparks dancing on my i

Wynter giggled. We ate breakfast and Wynter seemed like himself. Echo slept a lot and Abeloth said that’s what baby dragons needed to do, they grew when they slept. I had called the Elders of Florida to inform them that Wynter had merged with his dragon and they outright laughed at me.

Looking back through his shoulder, he gazed at her until she turned left to the other side of the road and disappeared from his sight. 'Did she said, she loves dragon?' He thought. He waited there for a couple of minutes, her words affected him deeply. Ever since he gained the power of a dragon, he never heard someone say they love dragons. In this present world, dragons are forgotten long ago. A tapping of hand on his shoulder brought him back from his thoughts. He then realized he was standing in the middle of the footpath, lost in the thought of a random girl, who loves dragons. "You good man?" The man who tapped on his shoulder asked.

she said with a mocking nod. Madeleine took the plate, her back stiffening. "And what are you?" she asked. "A phoenix or a dragon?" Confusion crossed the woman's face. She looked to Dante, who had appeared at Madeleine's side, his plate in hand. "There is and has only ever been one phoenix," he said quietly. "Everyone else here is a dragon." Madeleine looked around the room with fresh eyes. Over fifty dragons, all in human form, eating breakfast as if it were the most normal thing in the world.

I can tell this makes Reyna even more upset, but this must be found. “Reyna I need you to shift. I believe that we can tell where you are from by your dragon. The only dragons to give birth to live young are gemstone dragons like Ty.” I tell her. Ty shifts into her dragon to make Reyna more comfortable. I hear several gasps, including Haratio and his two. I know they all knew what kind of dragon she was, but I think seeing it made it real for them. Dray and Drake shift into theirs and, as usual, stand on each side of her like two large bodyguards. I roll my eyes at those two. All the kids start shifting, and I smile when I see Elayni’s dragon. She is somewhere, size-wise, between T

Lizzy mused. “They looked at me as if I was a bug to squash,” Chloe said bitterly. “Perhaps, if they knew your origin, they’d think differently,” Lizzy offered. “Now, tell me about the dragon part. How marvelous to be able to transform into such a majestic beast. How very lucky. Did you know that there is a planet in the Oobla galaxy that has some of the most advanced scientific minds in the universe and these minds are housed within the bodies of dragons? Your Tristan is a blessed soul.”

His most trusted men had turned against him and he hadn't seen it coming; he should have known but his attention had been stolen by another matter altogether. Zarek had dreamed of his mate. He had made a connection with her and knew she was near his territory. Dragons could feel their life mate when he/she came near them and had vivid dreams of that person. Her face was always blurred but he could make out her body, a body that attracted his attention. She was a mere five foot three but was built lean with all the right curves in all the right places. Her hips were made to bear children and her body was womanly, sensual and ripe.

Blaze remembered. "That's the same one. I don't know until very recently that even Dragons originated from the fairy. The fairy goddess became sad when she saw her children fighting with each other, so she gifted the powers of the relic to three women, who most probably are fully fae or half-fae like my Mate. Then a dragon would be born as her protector and Mate. Together they would protect both the fae and the dragon races. So our mother decided to become a matchmaker. These three dragons are the protectors, who would be taking the thrones as the three elders" Drake explained. Blaze nodded his head.

"I'm not doing anything. We are mates, so it is only natural for us to have this strong connection. It is far behind the point of lust. What we have is eternal. And even when we die, our souls will still recognise the other in our next life." "Is that how the mating thing really works? That means..." She trailed off. "Most times, depending on how long a dragon lives, and if they are lucky their mate gets reincarnated." "Maybe that can happen with my mother and father then." Catori nod. ''What are you talking about?" Rydstorm was genuinely confused. "Farrah, the woman I was telling you about, isn't my real mother. Catoriana was." Rydstorm visibly went ridged.
