He continued, “Only if the entire Darby clan joins the Eternal Life Palace sect will I provide you with the Spiritual Elixir.”

His eyes were telling something and Adeline seemed to know it already. Drake sighed deeply then look at the priest again then turned agai

And Drake… Drake was lying somewhere between life and death. And I couldn’t shake the fear that I might have been the one who pushed the first domino.
