Suddenly, a spark hits me in my brain, I didn't realize that I fell on the ground on knees as some blood came out from my nose and mouth soon I vomited the blood in more amount. Suddenly, I felt like I am gonna puke and my breathing got erratic and my ribs and lungs felt like someone had punched them repeatedly. I lifted my body and crouched on my knees.
