I did not wake her uo for I am sure she will wake up by herself any minute by now. I walk to my room to change my clothes. It is exhausting outside and my clothes are wet because of the over production of sweat in my body. I change my clothes with a night clothes. I do not want to change my clothes later. It is better if I will wear my evening clothes now.

I'd be sure to contact the police or someone. I pushed the duvet off my exposed legs and tried to cover my upper body with my arms, feeling too exposed with the dress's spaghetti strap. I wasn't wearing bra anymore. My heart raced as I tried to remember ever changing my clothes. But I couldn't. I was passed out all night last night, it wasn't possible for me to change my dress. I feel the warm tears falling on the back of my hands then I realized am sitting with my legs close to my chest and hands placed on my knees. My clothes are different from the one I wore them morning, why are my clothes changed? I didn’t change them. I started panicking, my hands shivering as I reach the edge of the fabric of my dress, it’s a frock. I shiver more, I never wore a frock after that day. Then why even am in it now? Suddenly a bright light enters the dark room then I realized there is a hole in the wall. The light is falling directly on my dress making me gasp. “No, no, no, no”, please am not going to watch that again.

Clothes," I asked, saying each word carefully after the other. "Oh my, calm down baby, I was the one who changed it for you," mom said as she tries to hold me steady I didn't even know my body was trembling profusely.

I said, grabbing fresh clothes and heading to the bathroom. I chose light blue jeans and a mint green oversized knit sweater, something soft and cozy. While the water warmed up, I tossed my clothes from yesterday and last night into the hamper. It was nearly overflowing. Laundry day, I sighed. Under the hot spray, I let the water pour over me and tried to shake off the haze that still clung to me. My dream with Tobi had been… intense. More vivid than any before. My body still ached in strange places, and a lingering warmth pulsed beneath my skin. It was hard to separate what was real and what wasn’t when every dream left a mark like that.

What was I going to clean? I cleaned up the table and did the dishes fast instead. My heart was ticking like the hand of the grandfather clock mounted on the wall. After cleaning up, I went straight to my room and changed. The beautiful dress I prepared earlier was already in my backpack waiting for me on the bed. I hated the fact that my outfit ripped every time I shifted and if there wasn't a good Samaritan who always left a shirt or a coat in the forest, I would go back to the mansion naked. In our world, everything was a fantasy. We could shift without ripping off everything except, of course, our own physical appearance.

He roll his eyes and pick another brush put toothpaste over it and start brushing completely ignoring the fact that I'm here.

All of it wasn't real but I couldn't stop the sick feeling in my gut from even thinking about it anymore. I pulled myself up to my feet and traced my way in the darkness towards the switch by the door and after successful flicking the light on, I decided on a could shower. Not only to distract my mind from my dream but also because I felt too sweaty and really did need a bath. After a long needed shower, I entered the walk in closet myself to sort out what I could change into for the night. You know the problem with having too many clothes?? You never know what to pick and if you're as indecisive as me, you would probably be at it for a long time.
