Expectation. Brayden crouched by the wrought-iron gate, gently stroking the stray cat that had come near the estate with his little fingers. We both just make ourselves a bowl of cereal and eat it, and by the time we're done, it's already nine PM. "Come, let's watch telly a bit and then we can go sleep." Right now, she seems dumbstruck as she watches us walk away. “Do you think the little urchin is going to follow us? And Mason, you don’t need a pet. So, I don’t see why you were bothering with the formalities and being polite.” he said, shaking his head.

His eyes, though, were strange, neither the bright icy blue of the husky or brown of a wolf. His eyes were more of a muddied blue color, almost turquoise.
