One is for normal and the other one if the one who could use elemental powers. From what she read, people could use powers called Elementias and the normal one is Ordirios. The difference to the body of them is, Elementias has it's called an Elements Core in their body. They were born with this kind of core that could carry or store their power within their body as they grow up and learn from controlling their powers.

The elementals are actually very powerful but there have not been many elementals in the history, so not much information is there about their power
