Akyran's Folly

Akyran's Folly

The Fae and Elven armies moved closer and began to set up camp. The inner banks of Vienthrey were filled with civilians from the city who had come to stare at the army on the other shore that had now grown to impressive size. It was not the full Fae army, I cast an eye over them. The bulk of the number were Dark Elves. The Fae Courts had opened the war to volunteers, I decided, from the numbers and the mascots I saw flying - younger knights looking to earn their ballads. “Hiding,” Daerton said, coming to stand along the side of the tent so that his presence was also screened by it, but he could look to his contentment, although there was nothing but the backs

BLAIR

BLAIR

Well, it was bright, just that the sinister presences that Azazel was feeling right now made it feel like it was dark. His detection ability expanded across the continent. He could sense the movements of the many armies although not in detail. Azazel was able to make out that the armies of the nations were doing well against the Scarlett Army. “It looks like the Elven Kingdom is in a bit of a pinch. The Scarlett Army there had well over 60,000 monsters. Even some really strong ones.” Azazel had already counted the numbers of the enemy units.

The Forgotten Heiress: Rise of The Lycan Queen

The Forgotten Heiress: Rise of The Lycan Queen

Kael joined them, his armor etched with hand-carved runes, their magic humming softly, promises of loyalty, etched in pain. “No one runs today,” he said. Saphira appeared last, silent as shadow, her daggers gleaming, her face unreadable. “We end this.” Elara nodded. “No mercy,” she said. “No retreat.” “No surrender.” The generals bowed. The army roared. And from the distant hills, the enemy came. Banners dark as grief. Vampires whose fangs gleamed with hunger, not honor. Lycans twisted by bloodlust. Sorcerers veiled in shadow, their eyes glowing with stormlight.

The Daughter of Hades

The Daughter of Hades

Transylvania isn't that far from Elvengard, about a day on foot, and both kingdoms are at the edge of the empire. He's probably trying to get our vassal state and province armies to leave by attacking their people so that the armies go home to protect their people, but if that's the case, he'll probably do another attack on a different city in either Elvengard or Transylvania. The elves will probably be fine. Elvengard is mostly one huge forest, and no one knows a forest like Forest Elves, so they know all the places to hide. Dark Elves of Elvengard would probably be fine as well because they live in cave-like cities that only the elves know the location of.

One Night with the Hybrid King

One Night with the Hybrid King

I reply with a touch of humor, hoping to draw a smile from him. Once we finish preparing, we head to the grand courtyard, where the armies of Veridiana and Syltirion await us. The sight before me is both awe-inspiring and intimidating. Row upon row of lycans, some already shifted into massive wolf forms, wait with a fierce patience, their eyes glowing in the cold light of dawn. Among them, enchantresses wield weapons that seem to hum with pulsating magical energy, the glow of runes on their blades and staffs creating a hypnotic contrast against the dark backdrop. It’s not an army as vast as the one Caelum assembled during Drave’s coup, but there is a strength in the eyes of these warriors th

The Golden Dragon's Princess

The Golden Dragon's Princess

Amrynn’s wife was half-Elf, whereas Fenian had no ties to the brethren of Uyan Taesil. We came within eyesight of Ven Elan by midday, and I had Ruelke halt the army, to give lord Amrynn the opportunity to ride out and greet me. My army’s ranks had swollen with the addition of knights-errant, and other volunteers from throughout Uyan Taesil, as a response to the rumours that had been spreading. We would be a daunting sight to these lords.

Firefly
Leave it to Everleigh to make a person long for their own broody, sexy dragon. Seriously though, I couldn't put this book down. The world this author has created is so vibrant and fun it makes you want to dive in to the pages.
Sarah.
I really loved the book, I wish there were more like it on this app. The characters are charming and the story is beautifully written, the premise makes me want to continue reading the other books. I hope there will be lots more like this one and maybe even longer

Born to shine

Born to shine

Obviously, like everyone else, he had no problem with the elves. Or at least not with these elves. Apparently, I was the only one still suspicious. “Next full moon?” Fenrir’s voice snapped me out of my thoughts. “Hm?” “The elven armies?” he prompted. “Oh. Yes.” I pushed away from the counter. “According to the history they were taught, werewolves murdered the elven queen, invaded their realm, slaughtered their people there, and then hunted down the remaining elves on our side of the portal.” Fenrir exhaled through his nose.

she screeched loudly. At once the dead army started charging toward the Raven palace again. As their bodies already started burning, they are now walking fireballs charging towards the Palace gates. At once the palace gates shook with the force of the dead army. It creaked loudly, protesting from the force with which the dead army was pushing at it and trying to breach the palace walls.

Rejected While Pregnant: Claimed by the Direwolf Alpha

POV: Araya Dawn breaks over Thornhaven Fortress with the sky painted in shades of crimson and gold that mirror the blood and fire about to be spilled. Araya stands at the head of an army unlike any Drevalon has fielded in generations: three hundred Direwolves, five hundred lesser pack warriors, and every Alpha who could be mustered on three days' notice.

Becoming the Elf King's bride

Becoming the Elf King's bride

An ordinary human would not even exist. “This is going to be bloody.” Prince Ludiciel murmured, his sword materializing in his hand. Others followed cue, taking out their own weapons, preparing to fight. Dareth looked at Zedekiel, Eron, and Vathar, then gazed at the large army of humans, Phoenixes, Ice Fairies and Elves behind him. He laughed and shook his head. “Well, this is hardly fair. A whole army against one god? Aren't you all ashamed?”
