The Mage's Heart

The Mage's Heart

I breathed. “The Dark Elves’ mountains,” Rivyn replied grimly. “The Elves are cousins to the Fae,” he said quietly as he encouraged Coryfe to move forwards. The horse did not like the location, reacting to the sulphur smell of the soil, and communicated his dislike through his movement, each step reluctant as if he anticipated the ground would disappear before him.

A brilliant adult fairy tale! Dark romance, fairies, sirens, mages, dragons, dark elves, mermaids, trolls, imps, spells, and quests. I loved it, an action packed adventure from beginning to end. Folk lore and fae stories truly came alive, I fell in love with the characters and got lost in the story.

Blood Moon Rising - The Lumenwild Trials

Blood Moon Rising - The Lumenwild Trials

“It’s starting.” Riven summoned the obsidian runes woven into his skin, each one igniting like dark fire. “Elara—” Ashen grabbed my waist, pulling me back just as the chamber erupted with a deep, resonant heartbeat that wasn’t mine. The Tear Drop pulse. Everything inside me snapped taut. My heart slammed once, violently, like it was trying to escape my chest. The bond threads linking me to each of them blazed from heart-to-heart, soul-to-soul.

Vampiric Heart

Vampiric Heart

It is one of those times when my eyes glow a fiery red with so much need, my throat burn like hell craving that rusty taste to gorge down this thirst. I stepped out a bit wandering around looking for prey. I hadn't drank even a drop of blood in weeks as I was involved in the office. This is the only time I took off after so long. While transversing in forest near the barrier, I sensed an addictive scent not too far away from the protection shield I placed to separate humans from reaching my land.

My Fated Mate

My Fated Mate

"Elara, we are here to protect the Heart, just as our ancestors did. Please, guide us." Elara's gaze shifted between us, assessing our intentions. "The Heart of the Haven is not just a relic. It is the very soul of this land. Many have sought it for power, but only those with pure intentions can truly harness its essence." "We understand," I replied earnestly. "Our bond, our lineage, and our journey have led us here. We wish to safeguard the Heart and ensure the Veiled Haven remains protected." Elara nodded slowly. "Very well. To find the Heart, you must first face the reflection of your innermost selves. Only by confronting and accepting your deepest fears and desires can you truly be deeme

Rising Storm in the Elven Realms

Rising Storm in the Elven Realms

The mountain wind was refreshing, and the sun was warm, as the company of Elves left the Emenasari Temple. The journey back to the heart of the realms was uneventful, even after Lorcan stopped in village after village to do a quick search for General Konnyr. "Perhaps we have heard the last from that traitorous elflord," muttered Lorcan after one empty-handed search.

Bound to the Dark King

Bound to the Dark King

"I, Alpha Garrick Marton of the Eclipse Park, reject you, Ezinne Stone, as my mate." "I, Ezinne Stone, accept your rejection," I replied. Just then, I felt something strange course through my body. The mate bond was gone, replaced by an instant hatred for Garrick. I looked him in the eye. "I wish you everlasting misery, Garrick." Unfazed, Garrick commanded the warriors to lead me to the death tree in the heart of the Evil Forest and tie me there for the rogue Lycans. They affirmed and grabbed me. My eyes caught Elara's as I was being led into the ominous Evil Forest, and her face held a hint of a triumphant smile.

Moonlit Dominion: She-Wolf Ascendant

Moonlit Dominion: She-Wolf Ascendant

Nyx paces back and forth in the heart of the elven village, her nerves fraying with each passing moment. The artifact—the one thing that holds the power to reincarnate the vampire lord—is gone. Its protective chest lies empty in the corner of the elves’ healing hall, surrounded by pale remnants of warding spells that once kept it hidden and safe.

Chapter Thirty-Six A dulcet sound around the surface and the blaze of air was pure and mellow. Cordelia felt something strange happen around the corner. She closes her eyes and knocked her cane into the ground. She could feel that the enemies were just hiding somewhere. The wind blowing, a blustery and eerie sound, makes their heart uneasy. Allegra, beside with Salina, holds her hands. She could feel her heart leaped into her throat. She sense Lazarus his scent passes through her nostrils.

My Werewolf Heartbeat

My Werewolf Heartbeat

I asked, frightfully. "He was poisoned." She said. "The dagger used to stab him had been poisoned with Devil's Vine, which is a rare plant which grows at the outskirts of Stone City and is usually harvested by Outlanders. It is one of the worst ways used to kill Werewolves and it had been used by the early Lycan Kings to torture and kill Werewolves." "Oh my God!" I exclaimed, covering my agape mouth with my shivering palms. "But the... Uhm, what is called... Dragon Breath will save him, right?"

The Broken Luna Returns

The Broken Luna Returns

“You know what I’m thinking.” “I do,” Gabriel said flatly. “And it’s dangerous.” My heart pounded. “What are you talking about?” They both looked at me then, and I hated the hesitation in their eyes. “There’s an old elven rite,” Oragon said carefully. “Pre-dating the modern clans. It binds life-force temporarily to an external anchor. It could stabilize Fenrir’s core long enough for his body to heal.” I swallowed. “Temporarily?” “Yes,” Oragon said. “But the anchor has to be powerful enough to hold it.”
