Bound by the Cursed Moon

Bound by the Cursed Moon

I said. “Ilsevet,” Elara said. “It is not a pack name. Not Ashveil, not Duskmoor, not Thornwolf, not even a hunter faction designation I recognize from any record my family ever kept. Whoever it belongs to has been using it exclusively in communications with Corven and, according to what we intercepted last night, with at least two other informants inside Vane’s remaining network.” I felt the name land in my chest like a struck bell, my mind racing back to Ysolde’s translated pages only an hour earlier, the syllables of it echoing strangely, as though I had heard it somewhere long before tonight.

I Make My Own Happy Ending

I Make My Own Happy Ending

Elves are quite territorial, after all (see above-mentioned passport laws), and they place great value on bloodline and lineage. “Since our forefathers were humans, we’re not included in elven social castes. But the d’Ors were one of the first human immigrants in M’lonia, so all the native elven families know us, too. Dad’s side of the family has been living in M’lonia for eighteen generations, and a lot of interracial marriages kind of made a mess of the family tree. So Dad is actually more elf than human since Granddad was a half-elf and Grandmom is a pureblood—he’s got the pointy ears and height and everything. And his hair is so yellow, it’s neon. Mom’s human and she’s a redhead, so that

Awakening of the Darkness's Heirs

Awakening of the Darkness's Heirs

"No, I'm not. I don't belong to anyone! I just want to live a normal life. I never asked for any of this!" Suddenly, the wind picked up, shaking the ruins around them. It was as if the world was responding to her exploding emotions. Professor Valtorius stood his ground. "Normal is not something you are born with, Elara." Raven stiffened at the mention of her name again. "Elara Blaise," Professor Valtorius continued in a softer tone, "is the name given to you since your birth. You are the last descendant of the Blaise family's main line. That is why they sought you out and called you."

Elena

Elena

And besides, Finrod has a world to support. “Won’t you change your mind?” Finrod dared ask. “Sorry, but the answer’s no.” The elf prince appeared calm on the outside but he was actually edgy. Inside his head, he was wondering about the sudden change in Ellaine. Before she was their Ellaine—his Ellaine. Now she’s Inwë, the new witch of the elf pillar. She was now the witch of many lives and the servant of all. She went by many names as she went with many men.

Shifted Fate: From Slave To Wolf Queen

Shifted Fate: From Slave To Wolf Queen

He snapped, barely containing his fury, “Thalion is a Prince and you better show him respect.” She scoffed, a cunning smile creeping upon her face. “It’s not like he can understand me; Elf’s don’t speak English.” In the Elven culture, their language is a combination of French and Ancient Latin. One cannot begin to grasp the level of difficulty in trying to learn it and I might have went overboard in my research. Truthfully, I believed they existed within history and became extinct as the centuries went by since no one has spoken about them. A smile perched on my lips, I’m so glad that it wasn’t true.

Marked By The Four

Marked By The Four

“Shadows do not ‘come.’ They follow what wounded them. They cling. They wait.” My throat tightened. “For what?” She turned back to me, expression shifting - softening. “Evelynn Thornborne.” Something shivered down my spine. “You know my last name,” I whispered. “I know your lineage,” Elara corrected. “You are the last of the Thornborn bloodline. The final heir of the Moon’s first oath.” Calder stiffened. “Elara-” She raised a hand. “She needs to hear this.” My throat tightened. “My parents never talked about an oath.”

DragonBorn

DragonBorn

I looked up and noticed mostly only the Alynthus line there and it was usually the first names that were picked. At the very top of a not very long list, I noticed a few other lines had been picked. By few, I mean three. The first line had been "Diogenes". The second line "Lykaios", and the third had been "Fheimer", after which Lord Leon's ancestors had taken over. I looked at the Lesser Fae line and stopped at the bottom that had "Vasilis Dexter Ravdylon.", and four names on branches. "Xanthia Elpis Ravdylon."

Her Three Wicked Mates

Her Three Wicked Mates

Elara POV Claire scrawled on a piece of paper as she spoke. “The thirteen original witch families that make up 5th Circle are these: Vexx, Nightling, Ravenswood, Grimes, Evenlark, Morse, Bentwood, Smythe, Hexfort, Perill, Ashmouth, Caster, and Yarrow. Now some of these families are out of the game.”

“He has been alive for about three thousand years.” “T-thousands?!” Johan asked with disbelief. “How is that even possible?!” “The Revantes are related to elves and have inherited their long lifespans,” Mordecai explained. “And saying he’s the last of the silver mages...” Johan gave a quick look at Sebastian who stared at him. “I mean, what happened to his family?” “Haven’t you studied about the Dark Revolt yet?” Dorin asked him. “Nope. I think we’re still in the Black Lands...” Johan squinted.

The Ember In The Dark

The Ember In The Dark

Apparently all elven kings and queens will be having a summit in a couple weeks, and we're the ones hosting it. "Larminiel will be coming from the north. Did you know he had a daughter?" Eryn told mom. "Really? Since when?" "She's 17 now. A well kept secret it seems. He found his chosen one around the time the ancient ones showed up. She was an elf that had run away from a southern kingdom. He let her stay in his kingdom and they got to know each other better before he finally tied himself to her." Eryn smiled as he told the story.
