The tall shelves which are full of books from top to bottom have me all confused about what to read the first time I came here. I thought about what I wanted to read until I came across the books on wolves' history.

After a rather embarrassing checkout we head back to Annie’s house where she promptly gets on the intercom, “George! Bedroom! Five minutes!” She tosses me a wink and disappears, leaving me to take my new toys to the bedroom. I pull out the blue man book and toss the rest of the bags under the bed before sitting down and cracking it open. The first few chapters were a bit much and I almost stopped reading, but once I got to the horns as handlebars scene I was hooked. I didn’t even notice James come in and lay beside me until he snorts, “what’s the point of a spur on his dick?”

Shadows moved in the corners of their vision, and the air was thick with the stench of decay. Anna clutched the book tightly as she walked, her heart pounding in her chest. She had been separated from the others after the last attack, and now every step she took felt like a gamble. “Think, Anna,” she whispered to herself. “The book brought us here. It has to hold the key to getting out.” The pages of The Reflection Game glowed faintly, revealing cryptic symbols that shifted and changed as she read. The words were hard to decipher, but one thing was clear: they needed to find the third anchor to move forward.

He didn’t reply right away but enclosed me in his arms. “Can we now start all over again?” he asked, smiling through his tears. I nodded and smiled.
