Marked By The Tribrid King

Marked By The Tribrid King

“You won’t.” Luna hovered above the throne, her voice echoing across the Vale. “You built this from pain.” The Blood Father snarled. “I built it from truth.” Luna raised her hands. “Then let it burn.” Her mark flared, and the throne ignited. Flames surged upward, swallowing the obsidian, the bone, the crown.

The Dragon King's Seduction

The Dragon King's Seduction

I will await the good news that you have filled another woman’s belly with your seed and when you do, I will come for her! A roar leaves my lips as I smash my fist into the wall, causing the entire building to tremble. “No, you will not. I will prove the Seer wrong. I will prove everyone wrong!” I snarl as fire spreads across the ground. I hear shouts as I sit there, the burning fire licking the walls of the hut. I will kill you, Nefzaan… I will take your throne and I will prove that I am far superior than you ever will be. I look at my hand, the large scar that goes across my right palm is a chilling reminder of centuries ago.

Surprisingly a great read! I’m hesitant to read books about dragons, but gave it a shot after reading The Alpha Kings Possession and loving it. Very much looking forward to book 3 of this series. As always Muse, a well written and very much enjoyed book.

The howling alpha and the forest of deception

The howling alpha and the forest of deception

"You gave her poison and she gave you the throne? Nice deal" "That's not all",said Scarlett, looking at her hands. "I'm not Kendra's daughter, so I could not inherit the powers of Kendra, of combat, or of detecting when your subjects were lying or the glamour in your voice. Kendra had trained me all those years....to become like her and when I was ready, she got sick. She told me to ascend to the throne, but the people were not accepting me. The throne was not accepting me." "So?"

The Scar He Scorned

The Scar He Scorned

"Didn't know she would murder my parents? Didn't know she would steal my entire legacy? Or didn't know she would humiliate me in front of the world?" Clark was speechless. "Or," I continued, "did you know all along and just chose to look the other way?" "No! I really didn't know—" "Then what about this?" I turned my back to him and unfastened the top of my tunic. A gruesome scar ran from my left shoulder to my right hip. The eclipse curse had turned it a sickly silver-black, and it still seemed to writhe slowly, eating away at my life force. Clark's breath hitched.

You Want My Throne? Never

You Want My Throne? Never

On the day my fiancé, Raphael Moretti, and I were supposed to get our marriage license at city hall, I dressed with care. But by noon, he still hadn't shown up. Aurelia De Luca video-called me. "Sofia, where are you? Raphael's been waiting for you all day." Panic hit me. "Weren't we signing in Palermo?" Aurelia frowned. "It's Taormina, Sofia. Everyone's been waiting for a long time." I drove straight to Taormina. When I arrived, no one was there. When the video connected, Aurelia was crouched on the ground, laughing hard. "Sofia, don't tell me you actually went. We're already on Lipari. Raphael's setting up the wedding venue to surprise you." I left my car at the port and took a boat to Lipa

Rejected by the lycan king

Rejected by the lycan king

I screamed. The mirror cracked. “You lived it,” she said. “Even when I was meant to.” Cracks spread wider. Shards began to fall, and as they did, each caught a memory. Me smiling with Rafael. Me holding my child. Me howling under the full moon, no longer broken. And then I saw something else something I didn’t recognize. A throne, but not of gold or crystal. It was bone and ash, forged by blood and sacrifice.

His Straight Pet

His Straight Pet

"You’re feeling it, aren’t you? The shift. The pressure. Like your skin doesn’t quite belong to you anymore." I didn’t answer. He leaned in, lowering his voice. "The fire inside you is waking up. The old kind. It wants to be used, Raymond. It wants to burn." My throat went dry. I tried to stand, but his voice dropped to a whisper. "You saw the throne, didn’t you? In your dreams." I froze. "The broken throne. The one made of iron and flame. The one that shouldn’t exist." I swallowed hard. My hands were starting to shake.

Kingdom of Ash and Blood

Kingdom of Ash and Blood

“She is the help. She’s the weapon!” The Throne Room Reborn Amara walked into the old throne chamber, now nothing but ruins and shadow. The crown glowed in her chest like a living sun. She lifted her hand — and the shattered stones began to move. Piece by piece, the throne rebuilt itself, this time from blackened bone and molten gold. Her voice filled the air. “There will be no gods. No kings. No crowns above mine.” She sat — and the fortress bowed. The guards dropped to one knee. Cassian, trembling, followed.

My Scars Are Seeds of Glory

My Scars Are Seeds of Glory

Michele's voice pulled me back to reality. "If she hadn't left all those years ago, the woman at my side would be a gambler. How could it be an angel like you? Tomorrow is our 99th day together, and I'm putting the most profitable strip club in Vallasia under your name." Michele looked at Barbara with complete indulgence and pinched her cheek playfully. Barbara laughed softly and leaned in to kiss him. A sudden, stabbing pain tore through my side, forcing a sharp gasp from me. It was the scar I had carried for five years, left behind when I sold a kidney just to stay alive after I failed to repay my loan.
