V I O L E T

V I O L E T

Chaos! Disaster! Instill fright! Those were the sole purposes of the enemy. But in this case, the enemy was after something, something Violet was after coincidentally. They stood in an empty room, as a circle, with black hoods covering their faces. Not a single one of them could be seen. In the middle of the circle which they formed, stood a crystal ball. One that could aid them monitor movements and even communicate with their boss. As of now, they had just finished monitoring Clara and immediately, everything went dark as silence slowly crept in. Not long after, a voice, deep, husky and scary, could be heard through the ball.

VIOLET

VIOLET

It was the boy she saw naked in the pool— The boy with gray eyes and he seemed to be walking to her direction. Violet sighed and turned away. Which of them owned the building? The brown eyed or the gray eyed. “Hello miss?” A silky voice murmured behind her. She sighed and turned around to face the gray eyed. “Hi.” “I was informed that a female specie called Saintess Musa is here outside my yard, do you happen to be her?” “Rude! How dare you refer to a woman with such dignity as a female specie?” “Aren't you a female specie?”

Traveller Of Two Worlds

Traveller Of Two Worlds

Using a pebble that I picked up from the ground as a projectile, with a full power I throw it on The Eye of Beholder 20 meter on my right, the sheer power of my throws penetrate it's entire eye and comes out from its back instantly killing it. It was a hassle to be honest, I don't have any ranged attacks which hinders me from easily killing the oversized eye. I also can't detect their cursed attacks as it doesn't have any sign, not even a mana fluctuations. The only indications that I can saw when the eye wants to make a cursed attack was it's actually glowed for a brief moments. I can only rely to T.A.S to detect the attacks and deal with the eye instantly by throwing a pebble at it, this m

Eve and the Devilish Alpha

Eve and the Devilish Alpha

“This is less than a dog’s food!” “Alpha,” she stammered, trembling as she bowed repeatedly. “This is… this is what she ordered.” My gaze snapped to Eve. "What is the meaning of this, Eve?” My voice was lower this time but somehow more dangerous—sharper, angrier, sliding under her skin like a blade. “Why would you order this?” Her eyes lifted slowly, and for the first time tonight, she looked me directly in the face, jaw set, shoulders tense… like she was done letting me see her crumble.

Married To The Son Of Sin

Married To The Son Of Sin

He believed me. Eve groaned, pushing herself up on her elbows, her blonde hair dishevelled, her robe askew, revealing the holster strapped to her thigh. Her ice-blue eyes, when they found mine over Adam’s shoulder, held pure, unadulterated hatred. "You… little… bitch" she spat, her voice ragged.

An Eye for an Eye

An Eye for an Eye

Lucy and I used this factor to our advantage to escalate the magnitude of Marcus' relationship with Sylvia. Soon, a video clip became viral on the Internet. It recorded the day when I walked into Marcus and Sylvia being lovey-dovey in the ward. In fact, the video captured Marcus' coldness toward me, Sylvia's smug smile as the mistress, and my fragile visage very clearly.

THE ALPHA'S FORSAKEN SECRET

THE ALPHA'S FORSAKEN SECRET

No, this number was something even more horrible. The person wore a shroud of darkness, their face covered beneath a black mask. Their brilliant eyes, the same sickening hue as the sword Varian had earlier used, were the only thing that were clear. "Evie," the person said, their voice low and eerie. "You've made a grave error." Evie stopped next to me, her face blank as the words of the figure set in. "No," she said in a whisper. "I didn't—"

Lucian's Undoing

Lucian's Undoing

She spun and ran. Inside, Dorian and Kai had just reached Elias when Kairis burst in, panting. “It’s The Eye.” Lucian’s head snapped toward her. “What?” Kairis’s voice was grim. “The Eye… He’s been unsealed.” “The Eye of What?” Dorian frowned, confused. “Some ancient relic? A weapon?” Kairis shook her head. “No. Not a weapon. Not a being. The Eye was a god. A brutal, sadistic god. Not even bound by any order—neither Void nor Light. He devoured realms for sport. He watched creation burn and called it beauty.”

All The Queens Kings - Book 8

All The Queens Kings - Book 8

With hands on his hips his attention still on the darkness, he replies “I’m not sure.” Leneve also stands, taking Morgan's hand. Black vines begin to creep down her arms, her yellowy-green eyes lighting up and turning a shade more yellow. “Evil.” She says with disgust as if she could taste it. “Yggdrasil is close. I can feel her.” The cursed Lycan shudders dropping Morgan's hand and pulling out a small round glass vile. She holds it in her hands and utters a few words, the vile in her hand begins to glow brighter and brighter until it resembles a lightbulb, casting a ray of warmth and comfort across us all.

The beginning of this book was hard, but then all the characters showed their strengths and it really wrapped Lamia’s part of the series up. The whole series was definately one of my favourites with strong female characters
