Catching my reflection in the mirror, I noticed my eyes were swollen, prompting me to ask Pearly for some ice to lessen the swelling. Once refreshed, I changed into fresh clothes and went to consult with the Lotus Pack's funeral director, a blind man named Jack Newton. Jack, a half-blood werewolf and witch doctor, claimed he had sacrificed his sight to the Moon Goddess in exchange for the ability to see the lost souls of werewolves and guide them to the afterlife. His age was so advanced that no one could truly confirm if his stories were factual or merely folklore. He didn't say anything at first; he just sort of leaned in and displayed those incredible eyes, and I definitely saw the dark iris in his eye. Yes, this guy, but not any ordinary guy. There was something strange, like extremely strange, in the way he was staring at me. He simply nodded and remained silent, giving a little smile as if he completely understood. I tilted my head and eyed him. “What’s your deal?” The man shrugged and eyed me up and down as if checking me out as well. He was a pretty blonde man, with perfectly blue eyes, a sharp jawline, which look like he was crafted by Zeus himself his blonde hair was curly and short. He was too perfect to be real. He had on a white T-shirt that exposed all his muscles, those muscles I’ve only seen on the phone, I was seeing his live and direct.

He was rocking me back and forth whispering constantly to open my eyes. After few minutes he stopped moving and I felt something cold pressing on my lip. I opened my eyes to look a glass of water. “Drink” He said.

Nezeira felt the restlessness and said, "Is there something bothering you princess?" Euphenia, "Ohhhhh, actually I do have a question." Nezeira looked at her and said, "Please ask." Euphenia, "I have heard about Your Highness many times. Especially about your eyes. But….." Nezeira, "I wear black contacts. Trying not to draw too much attention."
