Rival's Marriage Agreement

Rival's Marriage Agreement

Close margin. My pulse remained steady, but something deeper shifted. This was no longer about grades. This was structural exposure. At 11:42— Motion passes. 4–3. Full cooperation mandated. Brandon exhaled like he’d been holding his breath for an hour. “They lost.” “No,” I corrected softly. “They fragmented.” My phone vibrated again. Final message. You forced fracture. Be prepared for consequence. And just like that— Silence again. But different. Not threatening.

The Shadows of Haverstone Manor

The Shadows of Haverstone Manor

“The force isn’t going to let this go unanswered.” Jamie swung his skateboard idly, the tension in his shoulders betraying his unease. “Anyone else feel like we just poked a very angry bear? Because I do.” Crane adjusted the resonance map, his fingers trembling slightly. The glowing lines were stabilizing, but faint traces of new fractures began to flicker across its surface. “You’re not wrong. Neutralizing this source disrupted the force’s network, but it’s already trying to adapt. Smaller fractures are forming nearby.”

Frame Of Mind

Frame Of Mind

I stood in another corner of the lift to prevent any kind of conversation with him. I took out my phone started to look into it and Suddenly the lights of the lift started to flicker on about the 14th floor and suddenly the lift stopped on the fifteenth floor. But to my amusement, the door didn't open. I looked at Jeremy but he doesn't seem to be bothered by it. He was just listening to the songs which were being played on his earphones. I thought that might be for a second until suddenly, the lift started to go down recklessly at a very high speed. Due to the trembling of the lift as it started to go down I screamed my lungs out and got a tight grip on the handle of the lift. The lights wer

Called by Fire

Called by Fire

After a couple of desperate hours trying to figure things out, Nate began to worry about the gap. Usually, the first flashes began after the first hour and in no more than four the whole thing was back in his mind. But nothing was coming back, and he was feeling impatient. His idea was to wait for most of his memory to come back so he could know where Bree was, or if there was any sort of danger left. But since it was not happening, his best option was to move.

Breach

Breach

I asked in a whisper of a breath so I didn’t crack in half from the pain. He knew what I meant, and gave me a sympathetic smile before dealing my fate. “Indefinitely. You’ll be on the medication until we get you going with some serious trauma therapy. This episode, this ‘parataxic distortion’ you experienced, it will come back. It always does until it’s dealt with. But with how fragile you are right now, we have to wait until you can handle it because it will dig at your core and bring up all sorts of nasty memories you’ve suppressed and buried for years.” Just say it…say the word… Broken. A step away from being institutionalized.

Falling for My Best Friend's Brother

Falling for My Best Friend's Brother

"I have things I have been putting off." "Same," he said. He looked up. "The frame thing. What happens when the system fails. If you apply it to the rest of the module it makes the case studies much more readable." "I will try that," I told him. "Good luck with the putting off," he told me. I almost smiled. I was surprised by how close to it I got. I picked up my bag and walked out into the ordinary Thursday afternoon and felt the cold air on my face and thought about the frame. What happens when the thing that was supposed to work does not work.

A very good story, takes its time building around the characters but it delivers. I love how all the characters feel humans, they fail and try again. Avary and Liam are just perfect for each other, the ending was great and being honest I want more of them haha. I feel like I miss its daily updates.

Thank you everyone for reading my book. Especially for the comments, gifts and gems so far. They are all very motivational to me. I'll be dropping 2-4 chapters daily as usual. Will Avery and Liam get back together? Or will she find someone better? ... Thanks once again for your support ...

The Billionaire’s Secret Wife

The Billionaire’s Secret Wife

“…Yeah, I can’t see it… but I definitely feel that.” The man exhaled slowly. “…It’s trying to make me agree.” Mara nodded once. “…That’s how it works.” “…No,” he said calmly. A pause. “…That’s how it worked.” The moment he said that— the pressure broke. Not reduced. Rejected. The system flickered violently. “…Response failure.” “…Alignment unsuccessful.” For the first time— it didn’t adjust immediately. Because it didn’t understand. “…Why?” Mara asked quietly.

Billionaire by Blood, Not by Name

Billionaire by Blood, Not by Name

Not generated by any visible process. Simply there. As if the framework had updated itself. The message contained only a single line. > ARCHIVAL SUBJECT REOPENED The room fell silent. Noah read it twice. Then a third time. "Archival subject?" Dani checked the underlying system logs. Nothing. No source. No author. No process chain. The framework wasn't telling them who wrote the message. Only that something inside the architecture had reacted to their investigation. --- For the first time all night, Noah felt a genuine chill.

Fractured

Fractured

“You don’t even get to storyboard.” Despite everything, a startled laugh slipped out of me, half-choked, half-real. That tiny human sound put another crack in the serpent’s hold. The cloying pressure surged again—this time pressing another angle: images of us failing, the Veil shattering, people we loved screaming— I cut it off mid-frame. “No,” I said out loud, voice shaking but steady enough. “Those are possibilities, not prophecies. And they’re not yours to show me.”

Cancel the Cradle, Cue the Rage

Cancel the Cradle, Cue the Rage

"Of course, I'm on your side. I'll always remember everything you've done for me. I'm honestly just worried about you. "The online noise is badly affecting the company. Maybe… you could compromise a little? You know, offer a small allowance first to calm the others down? Sometimes, it's better to go with the flow rather than fight it. Don't you think so?" Layla wasn't here to support me. She was their messenger, testing my limit and using my kindness to persuade me into surrendering to their greed. Just then, Claire burst through the door, her face ashen. "Ms. Cooper, bad news! Keira's post just got shared by several influencers with millions of followers! It's already in the top ten trendin
