The others followed. “What are we waiting for?” Linda whispered among the low cooing owls around her. “The witch must pave the way,” Elder Brahma answered with his thoughts. Suddenly the air in front of them tingled and shook. Something like a pale transparent energy wall fell down, revealing a black gate roughly three meters high. From behind the gate stood a building like an ancient palace with a large courtyard in the center of which there was a round fountain. Hundreds of fireflies were seen surrounding the fountain, the water color was milky.

“I see. You don’t even have a phone so I guess I can expect that much.” ‘A phone?’ Before she could ask Jina what is a phone Jina already started with her explanation. “You see, three months ago those gates started appearing they are like portals of some sort. There are two types of ‘gates’. The first one is a ‘blue gate’. In a blue gate people fight monsters inside. The other one is a ‘red gate’, if people is the one entering a blue gate in the case of a red gate, the monsters are the ones coming out or maybe in their perspective, going in. There are some cases when blue gates turn into red gates. Monsters coming out in a red gate only stop after a whole day or should I say it closes?”

LIA'S POV I am now in my room. Is nothing good going to happen? A lot has happened these past few months and I want to relax. A loud knock on my door knocked me over. *Elentari POV* We got back to the castle and Lily was stuck to my hip. It was kinda cute, though what I found cuter was the fact that Stacie and Aranelda were stuck to each other like glue as well. I don’t know if he told her, or will tell her about their fate bond. Maybe he’s waiting until she’s eighteen. That’ll be next year. The gates opened for us and Lily, along with all of her siblings, let out a chorus of ooh’s and aah’s. I shook my head a bit, but I understand the impressive nature of this building. It was probably more so for them, being fairies with their natural connection. They probably felt the spirit of the building, the fact that it was somewhat alive.
