Aylin asked. I pulled out a stiletto knife from my pocket and sliced my hand. “You!” Marilyn gasped and ran to me. “Don’t cut yourself like this in my presence!” she screamed. I gave her an apologetic smile. Aylin signalled me to let the blood drop on the victim’s mouth. I did that, even though I didn’t like being told what to do. The moment the blood touched his lips, his eyes opened, revealing pitch black eyeballs, just like mine.

He whips around to attack me again, but I just kick the knife out of his hand, shoving him as hard as I can on the chest until he flies to the opposite side of the wall. The concrete cracks as he falls over. And before he can get up again, I lunge towards him, grabbing him by the neck and slamming him over and over on the concrete until I can see blood splattering against the wall. He tries to scratch me, but I grab his other arm, snapping it off his body as though he's made of wood. More blood spurts out of the stump that used to be his arm. Only his blood is not red. “What exactly are you truly talking about now, Stan?” He absolutely didn’t answer right away. His hand shook violently as he pulled his phone from his pocket, his thumb anxiously fumbling with the screen. Then he suddenly shoved it toward me quickly. As Guhya stood there, his eyes fixed on the fallen follower, a sense of inevitability settled over him. The path he had chosen, driven by jealousy and a thirst for power, had led to this moment of reckoning. The blood on his hands symbolized not just the physical act of violence, but the moral and emotional burden that now weighed heavily upon him. In that solemn moment, Guhya's gaze shifted from the blood-stained knife to the masked man, their eyes meeting in a silent exchange of understanding and unspoken consequences.

It hung dangerously over the edge, perfectly within Lila's sister's reach and seemed to almost begging to be grabbed by the blade, judging from the light that glinted off of it, adding some sort of mystical quality of charm and allure to the thing that could end lives without nary a care. There was a deep scratch mark, gouging out the tables edge on the path towards the knife, with the beginning point of the indent looking the deepest of it all, the line gradually becoming shallower and shallower until it was invisible, and leading to where the knife had dropped. A few drops of dark red blood sat at the side, and looking even closer, Lila could see a thin coating of crimson liquid that lined

Fresh blood dripping off it.. I just stabbed him with this knife.. I... I might have killed him.

Sharper this time. I swallowed. My hands were shaking. I hugged my sketchbook tighter. He exhaled through his nose. Looked at the blood on his knuckles like it had personally offended him. Then he reached into his jacket, pulled out a black bandana, and started wrapping his hand. I watched, stupidly mesmerized. “Why were you there?” I asked quietly. His eyes flicked to mine. “I was passing through.” “Twice in two days you’ve ‘passed through’ exactly where I am.”

It was long, serrated, and deadly. "Hey! She's loose—" the first man wheezed, trying to hobble toward me, but I didn't give him the chance. I lunged forward with speed. I didn't think about the consequences, the law, or the blood. I drove the heavy carving knife straight into his shoulder, twisting the blade as it sunk deep into muscle and bone. He let out a piercing, high-pitched shriek, collapsing into the mud as blood erupted over my hands and the sleeves of my dress.
