I began to chant as I felt the blood of Ares mixing with my own until I could feel his power coursing through my veins. I lift my hand and outstretched it until my long black fingernail was technically touching the barrier around the clearing. I watch as the tip of my nails began to bend until it melt. I smirked before retracting my hand. "Ester darling, I see you are not happy that I am visiting you today." I spoke and summoned one of my crows. This one name was Ghost, he had a liking for lost souls that lingered on earth.He could spot them quickly, something I have used him for occasionally when I want to suck some of the souls power. There is nothing more delicious than a wandering soul.

There was a door under the stairs, probably to the basement which is where they made me sleep last time. My step-father stood there with the door open. And to see a guy crying with just a week of flirting with them it would have been a lot of pain that it caused them to cry like that." I said to her.

The ghost screamed but she was too engrossed with her task of saving Sara that every other thing happening in the room was became nonexistent. It was just her and the ghost now. Her sister was safe, as long as she held on. “Noooooo!” If her love for her sister was any less, she would have registered the warning scream but she held on and just as the warning sound faded away, she felt a burning pain running down her back own back. Her hold on the ghost went lax as at the same time, he swatted her like a fly and she felt herself falling. In the next few seconds, a loud booming sound rang out in the room and she saw the big ghost also falling.

“It didn’t feel like fighting. It felt like… drowning.” Ghost’s gaze didn’t waver. “That’s what it feels like when someone breaks you down long enough. You start believing the water’s stronger than you.” He stepped closer, but not too close. Just enough that his presence anchored her. “But you’re still here. You didn’t let it take you.” Her eyes burned, tears stinging. She dropped her gaze, whispering, “I don’t know how much longer I can keep pretending I’m not broken.” “You are broken,” Ghost said simply. “We all are. Difference is whether you stay shattered, or let people help you put the pieces back.”

Leon panted, scanning the dim corridor as his breath came in uneven bursts. Suddenly, a faint figure emerged out of the shadows—the female ghost. Her face was blurred and indistinct, her presence otherworldly. She didn’t speak but raised a hand that glowed faintly blue, pointing silently in a specific direction. Leon froze, instinctively stepping back half a pace. But time was slipping through his fingers, and hesitation was a luxury he couldn’t afford. Clenching his jaw, he forced himself to follow the ghost’s lead.

Sam said as she tilted her head at me. "If you watch horror movies at night, then there is no doubt about it. You are a certified demon." I laughed as I moved away from Sam who was moving closer to me. "Oh! You're so dead, roomie." Sam said as she did something with her eyes that made the coloured part go up and only the white part was visible. She looked just like people who had been possessed in horror movies.

“This is between you and me. So, let’s settle it, Denis.” Ghost’s eyes narrowed and his face warped into a twisted mask of anger and indignation. “Denis died a long time ago. My name is Ghost.” He walked forward and put his gun right against Will’s forehead. The girls yelped in fear at the sudden movement. Alex and Spencer were rigid as terror gripped them as well. “And I am here to haunt you.” It happened in slow motion. Ghost’s arm moved from Will towards Emma his finger tightening even more around the trigger.
