Blade's first instinct was to run when he noticed Adam, but before he could put it into action, Adam caught him and without a second thought he tore Blade into two like it was normal and morally or mentally okay.

The truth would get me killed and lying again was starting to seem like the same fate. I jumped as he met eyes with me, impatiently waiting for an answer. "I-I don't know," I spoke.

This was the first time my wolf and I were in discord. It felt like he wanted to rip out of my body, and I was trying to keep him caged within which was painful as fuck.
