It makes me mad-anxious when I’m locked in a place I can’t leave at will. I hate being trapped. I hate it! It scares the shit out of me! It makes me think I’m going to be stuck here forever and I don’t even like the thought of it. To top it off, we’re stuck in an elevator and I’ve read a lot of horror comics. This is not how I want to die!! I don’t want to get crushed in this thing!! He nodded at me, “We’ll be fine.” But just as he said that the elevator moved down a foot, almost as if it was losing balance, scaring the shit out of me.

I kept telling myself I should step back, create space, but my fingers wouldn’t listen… they were still gripping his shirt like I needed him to anchor me. The truth? I wasn’t great with elevators. It became more and more than I expected. What the hell was seriously going on? I was scared, scared to death. Along with the vibrations, scary sounds were coming from the elevator. These sounds were making me crazy and mad. My head was spinning so much. The horrible sounds I was hearing were making me so anxious and scared. I cried a lot for help. I shouted a lot for help. This was my second time, the second time that I was facing death so near to me.

Jax looked at me with a serious expression. “Of course I do! I wasn’t born yesterday! It means when you’re scared of something, like I fear my father for example.” I through my hands up in the air. Jax chuckled and took my face in his hands softly making me look directly at him. “No honey. The word fear is more of an acronym.” I scrunched my face up in confusion. “Ok now you got me 38 shades of confuzzled fucked. Explain yourself.” Jax laughed and dropped his hands. “You’ve been hanging around Alida WAY to long hun. She’s rubbing off on you.” He said as he got up to get a pen and paper.
