Xander had his two hands raised up in surrender, but he kept his eyes fixed on Richard, watching his every move. “Call off your men, and lay down your weapons before my feet.” He let out proudly, feeling victorious. Xander glared at him, refusing to do as he asked. I know he’s watching closely, waiting for a chance to strike and rescue me from Richard. He was only being careful because my life was at stake. One wrong move from him and Richard would snap my neck and run off into the woods, trying to get away from him.

Otherwise, the Smiths would be finished! What sort of man was Xander? He was a criminal overlord of Cansington. He owned many more assets than the Great Four but was murdered easily. The Smiths were nothing close to Xander. “Useless.” He scolded Yoel immediately, “Hurry up and send David back home. Beg for mercy in person and make sure to get Thea’s forgiveness. No, I have to go in person…”

I scream at him as I wipe my tears. "Little flower, we are not ashamed of you. You just took our reaction wrong" Xander says in a voice that is deeper than normal. I squint through the last of my blurry vision and realize that his golden human eyes aren't apparent. His eyes are now slitted and the color runs like a golden river. I find them confusing but it doesn't stop my tirade. "I took nothing wrong. I felt how your body stiffened when he wanted to know where I was from. I saw the panicked look on your face when you couldn't answer." I yell as I step closer.

He let out a mighty scream, taking down his opponent and finally clearing a path to his goal. Xander raised his sword as he eyed the newcomer. "You are the Emperor, right?" he asked with indifference. "Are you ready to join your man there?" Devrim was too angry to respond. All of his fatigue left him as the adrenaline pumped into his system. The Emperor swung and connected with Xander's weapon with such force that it vibrated through his opponent's arms and forced him to step backwards to brace himself. Two more strikes put the Captain on the defensive and a third managed to pierce the Merpearl and knock it from its setting. The glowing orb rolled along the deck, pausing only shortly before

“You too?” Xander shrugs in the nonchalant, elegant way that all of my brothers have. The way that makes she-wolves swoon over all three of them. “The human schools close for winter break, so here I am. Plus, I want to see who the lucky guy is that Emlyn identifies as her mate,” Xander says and I can tell that, just like me, he’s pretty sure that Emlyn and Rich are mates. I’ll be thrilled if it’s true. They make a good pair.

Xander was planning on going to the battlegrounds and partaking in a sparring match but spending time with his mate sounded like a much better time. Xander, being the head gamma for the Ero’s pack, trained the men warriors while his mate, Camilla, trained the women. She was his second in command when it came to the warriors. They were an excellent team, even before they mated. “I need to take a shower first,” Xander told her as they left the gym. “I will join you,” she purred, winking. He placed her on the ground, and she took his hand, walking in front of him. She swayed her hips as she walked, teasing him. She knew exactly what she was doing, and his growing erection knew it too.

Even though he had passed the test, XD vowed to keep an eye on Flynn so that he can be ready for anything. Flynn looked at the heartless guy laughing at his demise. He felt sorrowful as someone else was laughing at his demise and problems. Tears stung at his eyes but as a man, he refused to let them drop. He turned to the side and decided to ignore the big bimbo. Xander sighed as he saw firsthand XD’s cold nature. Sometimes, he wondered if the guy was even human. His reactions were very detached and unfeeling. “Oh…he is quite serious.” XD said to Xander who rolled his eyes. Sometimes his best friend could be a pain in the ass.

They grunted in pain and released me. Xander removed his sword from his scabbard, and aimed at Jeremy when two arrows were shot a him; one on his leg, and another on his left hand. His sword fell from his hand. He pulled out the sword and shifted to his wolf. Jeremy shifted to his wolf too, and they started fighting. Because I and Jeremy shared the same bond he was stronger, and taken out Xander's wolf. The arrows kept raining from an unknown place, killing Xander's men. Xander discovered most of his men were down so he growled louder for a retreat, and they streamed out of the Freeway pack in their wolf form. However, the raining arrows were able to strike one of the wolves streaming out. I

he retorts, his voice ringing with defiance as he unleashes a wave of energy towards her. The force of Xander's attack sends Elara reeling backwards, her grip on me weakening as she struggles to maintain her hold. With a surge of adrenaline, I break free from her grasp, stumbling backwards into Xander's waiting arms. “Are you okay?” he asks, concern etched in every line of his face as he holds me close, his warmth enveloping me like a protective shield. I nod, relief flooding through me as I lean into his embrace, grateful beyond words for his unwavering strength and support. “Thank you, Xander,” I whisper, my voice choked with emotion as I cling to him tightly.

Ian's eyes turned back to their normal shade and a smile adored his cute face. “If I am not wrong then it's what he is gifted with, fire” I whispered. “Cool” Xander appeared to be impressed.
